Very old, very tired, dirty, poor service & the food, well I am literally unable to fine adequate words to describe the food. This was our 1st experience of all inclusive & I can confirm we will never do this again. You where unable to get a drink unless you paid a deposit for a PLASTIC TUMBLER, which you where expected to use repetedly, never being offered a clean PLASTIC TUMBLER when asking the ignorant bar staff for a drink. Hot drinks where only avainable from a polystyrine cup, also the Buffet Snack Bar open daily from 12.00 - 5.00 was all served on plastic party plates with plastic knives & forks. If you wanted cereal for breakfast, this too was only availabe in polystyrine bowls, which young children found hard to negotiate, there where daily accidents with spilt coco pops & crying children being the normal start to the day. The "restaurant" was a mish mash of various tables & chairs, nothing matched & no organisation, if you where realy lucky you could get a table on the far side of the restaraunt, where a lovely waitress would deafen you with the repeated slamming of plates & cutlery....hardley suprising most of the crockery was chipped. I am not usually given to complaining, but book this hotel at your own rick, you have been warned. I find it hard to belive that Thomson consider this hotel adequate, deffinately not up to their usual, what I would consider HIGH standards, poor show Thomson, a lot of people at this hotel felt very let down, especially as money is tight at the moment!
