Suite Princess was lovely .CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN....VERY Clean ! We had 9 year old with us however and the entertainment club was dire... he was only able to play one of the games in the morning and one of the games in afternoon. We ended up taking him away to Mogan and the beach where he had lots to do and more fun. As the hotel is pretty much away from it all, for the price you pay you would really expect a better class of childrens club. The pool was full of kids from 4-12 with nothing to do ....apart from that the place was lovely and everything it stated in the brochure. The rooms were big and very clean and the Balcony was to die for! It was HUGE and at night we sat with very large Baileys, overlooking the sea whilst our son fell asleep in his bed ,,,,absolute Heaven. We did have a problem getting ice from the Bar and eventually brought our own in from the Spar shop !! We went to Mogan 2/3 times and it was lovely around 8/10 euros in taxi. We ate out couple of nights as well although we were Half Board and found that Mogan and the restaurants around were very reasonable and the food was mostly great. The beach between the 2 hotels was great but did not have any sun beds on it ...I would not have minded paying for them IF they had been there( you had to pay in Mogan), most people bought blow up beds and umbrellas in the Spar Shop , which sold EVERYTHING. The entertainment at night was not our style, bit too much Spanish orientated,( I know , when in Rome and all that ) but as we went for relaxing week it didnt bother us( in August also too warm inside the bar where the entertainment was being held. Used the Lido once but both husband and child had caught stomach bugs by that night and next day ended up in hospital , think it might have been the Lido, Husband said the water was a bit dirty. ps. Hospital and doctors were wonderful! Used to be a bit scared of phoning or using hospitals abroad but this one was very good and nurses and doctor spoke perfect english ! Went to Porto Rico one night to the Europa centre and it was Hellish.....tons of late teens, early twenties running about drunk..... There are loads of Spanish staying at the hotel, so that usually tells its own story, that the place is good, but we found they were mostly very rude... the food was excellent and catered for everyone. Waiters and staff all very nice and very kid friendly ....thoroughly enjoyed our week .......Would defo go back but would wait till son is older then go ourselves.

The rep said we were in for a treat when we told him we were staying at the Suite Princess, and he was right! One of the finest hotels in the area and a quieter resort than some of the others in locality. Prefect hotel and town for young families. Our hotel was practically on the beach and had a couple of bar/cafes for lunches and drinks and a water sports facility. I have 3 boys ages 14, 10 and 9 and they thoroughly enjoyed the water sports - hired jet ski and the 14 year old drove the other 2 in turn round the circuit at 50 euros for 1/2 hour. Also did donut and slider bed, both of which I did too! The bay also has a water park which was not expensive into (10 euros each) where we also had a lovely buffet lunch (extra 10 euros) We booked day trips with our Thom rep on arrival- Camel safari, Dolphin Search, Yellow Submarine and a day to the water park in Puerto Rico. The camel safari was a long day 10am to 4pm much was spent picking up at other hotels and only a 40 camel stroll across sand dunes. The Yellow Submarine was an experience not to be missed. A 45 minute ride in a submarine. We saw 2 ship wrecks and lots of fish. The Dolphin search was also great, but not for those who get sea sick as the Atlantic Ocean can be very rough and at times scary, but lovely to see the dolphins and a giant tortoise! Black bin bags provided on this trip!! We didn't get around to using our ticket to the water park as one of the children found the heat difficult and I needed to keep him out of the strong sunshine 12 noon to 5pm. Wonderful market in Mogan on Friday mornings. Taxis very cheap and always used them rather than bus service. Hotel buffet food varied from wonderful breakfasts to sometimes bland evening meals and lots of fish dishes although plentiful of everything. Hotel staff and thomson rep excellent and very friendly. Would strongly recommend this hotel and resort for families such as mine.

We stayed here in October 2006 and had THE most relaxing and restful holiday I have ever had in my life. Our two daughters thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The room was wonderfully spacious - the views were fantastic and it was lovely in the evening, when the children were in bed - to just sit on the balcony and listen to the waves crashing in on the beach. The staff were wonderfully receptive to any request we had. The food choice was also very good indeed. After the first two or three days - it felt as though we had been there a week - came home fully refreshed - wonderfully rested. The only thing I would say about this hotel is - if you want noisy nightlife - this is to be avoided. There is some great evening entertainment - but it's not Playa Del Ingles - it's wonderful!!

I throughly enjoyed my stay at suite princess. I would highly recommend this hotel, if what you are looking for out of a holiday is, sun,sea and blissful relaxation. It was a magical holiday and i hope to have the opportunity to go back next year!

Very nicely presently hotel with lovely little extras (dressing gowns beach towels chocolates fridge). Very good daytime activities. Excellent views from balcony. Food was good though not overly varied each night. Location slightly isolated but overall we would definitely recommend.
