Hotel and rooms were spot less and a great size.Have the use of a small kitchen ie fridge.Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Pool was a delight and very safe as we have a four year old who is just learning to swim and a confident 9 year old swimmer both enjoyed the pool.Pool was flower shaped and most accesss points were shallow. Lots of loungers and brollies.Self service beer, soft drinks, fresh fruit drinks, tea, herbal teas, variouscoffees, vodka, whiskey, gin, tia maria, white wine red wine and sangrea.1 euro deposit per glass from the bar, result no empties lying around.Spar is attatched to the hotel is very well stocked and has a full range of gifts aswell. Maid service most days clean bedding and towels on every visit. Lots of toilets in the hotel, kept very clean and always had toilet roll. Food was very spanish and alot of fish which i love but alot of the fish dishes were full of bones and very strong, seafood was delish.Breakfast was a vast choice even jam doughnuts, lunch was a good choice from full on steak pie and potatoes to make your own salad sandwich and soup lots of lovely breads different flavours and styles. Now the bad points.this is a all inclusive complex as stated in the brouchure.full board with drinks more accurate, snackspart of the restaurant made available from 10-13-6. Content was bread, cheese, salami, butter jam and a savory sausage roll thing, hot drinks and ice cream.Fully dressed including the kids!! all for an ice cream a bit too official for a snack bar.Nothing after your evening meal which ended at 8.30. Very dispointed with this part spent money on crisps and lollies as a result.Hamburgers or hot dogs every night on childrens selection.Location is very remote hence the feeling of being on top a mountain courtesy bus to beach but drops you at 9is and picks up at 4is nothing else.Local bus to Mahon pick up in the morning either return at 1/5.No where to walk.Entertainment at night was offal but no choice as stranded!!hotel could have done more ie BBQ at night ect.Kids club if you are not German then you will be lost for words all children made welcome if you can read German to find out what time and place they are meeting!!!Everyone had children so single out for a date not a chance and no where else to go.Hotel so remote, the all inclusive should be alot better ie Snacks available at the pool, keep the burgers etc out of restaurant and serve them there all day and night. We had a good holiday relaxing all inclusive rubbish.

Rooms were clean and basic. Complex very remote and evening entertainment left a lot to be desired, the best evening was the disney show. The food was very reptative and with a very poor selection of desserts. The lack of snacks and ice-cream was noticed by the 4 children in our party. The deposit charge of a euro a glass was frustrating with children, who frequently left their glasses all over the complex. The lady in the shop under the hotel was lovely and very helpful and cheery. Chepas bar also under the complex, does a great british breakfast from 10am with a decent cup of tea or coffee.

The hotel is clean and tidy and well looked after, however the staff are very unfreindly, most of them don t speak English and are very rude and arrogant espcially the waiters. The hotel is mainly full of Germans, with a German only Kids club. The food is horrible unless you like burgers for every meal as its mainly catered for the Germans. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere with nothing around it there is a bus service but everytime it runs the shops are shut . never had any excursions as the rep was never there, when she did arrive we where given the wrong pick up time. A very unpleasant holiday will not be returning.

After reading prior reviews on holiday truths I was scared to death about the holiday we had booked. Our holiday party consisted of 4 adults and 3 children aged 5, 11 and 13. The reviews told of bad food, illness, ignorant staff members, remote desolate location, poor entertainment ......the list goes on. So as you can imagine, I was dreading it. However..... after the 10 minute transfer from the airport we arrived at a beautiful location, the resort which was a village in itself. It is very remote with nothing around it, which may bore some people, but on the positive side it made you feel very safe and able to let your kids roam around the complex. The food was wonderful, plenty of choice, and plenty to go around. Being all inclusive there were snacks laid on inbetween main meal times, all of which had to be consumed in the restaurant. Again some people may complain about this but as there was no food allowed around the pool this area was always tidy and totally bug and pest free. The pool was huge, and extremely clean and child friendly and came complete with its very own life guard. Onto the entertainment team........... what a wonderful bunch of people. This consisted of 6 people all of which could speak 4 different languages, which made bingo a long and amusing game, but meant that all nationalitities could join in with all games etc, which included crossbow, rifle shooting, football, tennis, volleyball, basketball, boules, the list goes on. Even the people who didnt want to get off the sunbeds were entertained as they did poolside games. You pay 1 euro at the beginning of the week for your glass which gets exchanged at the bar everytime you get a drink, so you always get a fresh glass but it means that people always take their glasses back to the bar instead of leaving them laying around the pool. If there is one thing I would complain about, it is the water. Whilst this is filtered water it still tastes of salt, which was a bit of a problem if you were drinking plain water, this was not a problem in any other drink though and the supermarket on site sells bottled water for 50cents for 1.5 litres so not worth worrying about. The hotel staff were friendly and there was always something to do, crazy golf, tennis, table tennis, bike riding etc, all free. I would say that a week at this resort is long enough unless you are planning on some day trips out. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, so enjoy it, I did.

We have just come back from our fully inclusive holiday. we will come straight to the point this was our worst holiday ever. going with my daughter and our 9 year old grandson we thought that we were doing the right thing by going All Inc so there would be no restrictions as such for our grandson. WRONG. nearly all the games you had to pay for you were not able to eat or drink by the pool. while the reataraunt itself was very clean and the food was replaced quickly when running low the fact is we had to spend a lot of our treat money on buying food, the food supplied was to say the least disgusting. There was no food for kids to eat and on the whole the meals were caterering mainly for the German guests. We decided we were going to take fruit back to our room only to be told we would have to pay for it now excuse me but we thought that we had. On the last day of our holiday on the breakfast menu was DEEP FRIED BRUSSELL SPROUTS?????, as for the beaches we went to the beach that was nearby and was shocked to see the amount of jellyfish that were there making it impossible to swim or sit on the small stretch of beach that was there. Be warned that if you go to this resort and you decide to hire a car which you will have to if you want to see anything other than the hotel most places shut for the Siesta which basically means the whole afternoon and almost all of the attractions for the kids eg water parks, bowling ect do not open till the late afternoon onwards so it is very difficult to amuse the kids well kids over the age of about 5 anyway. The entertainments crew are just fantastic and they really do work very very hard to do their best for the kids and there was a number of activities arranged during the day, in the evenings there was the same things being done night after night but the little kids did seem to enjoy themselves. As for adult entertainment there was not any and the bar closed at midnight. The satalite tv is a joke with only 2 english speaking channels the rest being in Spanish obviously and German. We would not recomend this resort to anyone and would suggest you really think hard before booking this as a holiday. This was our first and our last All Inc holiday and to be honest we do feel very cheated and feel quite strongly that we did not get what we paid for and we can tell you it was not cheap. Oh if you are a smoker you cant get Cigarettes other than from a machine, you need to go to a Tobac shop and buy packs. this was a poor 3/10.
