The hotel was very clean and well staffed 24 hours a day. Definitely deserves 3* rating, if the decor was a bit more modern I don't see why this wouldn't get 4*. I don't think they have nearly as many sun loungers by the pool as hotel guests, but who wants to sit by the pool when you can go to the Blue Lagoon or the beach so easily?

Second year in a row to this Hotel and absolutely loved it....yet again...the Montebello comes tops! Clean rooms, brilliant staff all round the Hotel...! Couldnt of made our stay any better...! Short walk to the main strip and the beach...! Sugar beach is a must..! Top Hotel.....would deffinatly reccomend it to anyone.....cant fault it...! Brilliant Holiday staying there!

Our third visit to resort and hotel. It was good to be back. Nothing had really changed, the hotel although very basic suited out needs. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Resort was pleasant and picturesque, restaurants very good in particular the Seahorse and the Magic Garden. Beach very stoney, advertised as sand/shingle. Stones made it difficult to get in and out of the sea. Beach shoes a must. All in all a very pleasant week. will return to Olu Deniz

This was possibly my 10th trip to Turkey and the surrounding areas of Olu Deniz (i have lost count) but I think these return visits speak volumes! It was my boyfriends first trip to Turkey and to say that he was a little apprehensive is an understatement! We went for just one week and we both loved it and it enjoyed it thoroughly. The new tunnel enroute from the airport ment the transfer times were a little quicker than they have been previously. On arrival at the Montebello I was slightly dissapointed with the location as I have previously stayed at the Majestic and had hoped to be nearer to the centre of Olu Deniz but to be fair it was nice to be out of the main strip and a pleasant walk. The hotel is immaculately clean and the staff were polite and friendly, the hotel seemed a little dated on first arrival but this was just the soft furnishings that gave it this appearance. Overall it was clean and basic but we had paid a great resonable price so I didnt expect anything more! Fantastic beaches although suggest beach shoes or similiar for getting in and out of the pebbled sea bed! Great food all over and brill bars, shopping and trips! I am sure we will be returning very very soon x
