Spent 10 days at The Louis Imperial Beach hotel in September. Weather hot, hotel good but the air conditioning in public rooms was not as good as I have experienced in other locations. There were no balcony lights, but I expect they want you to go and purchase expensive drinks from the bar and not sit drinking on the balcony!!!. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were a delight for my wife who liked to swim without being overcrowded etc. Food was good and plentiful. There was no hassle getting sunbeds in the morning either around the pool or on the lawned areas. The walk-way along the promenade in front of the hotels was good to walk into Paphos during the day but would not recommend this to be done in the dark as the promenade was illuminated in some places but not in others, and if you misjudged you could end up in the sea!!! Overall was ok for a 4 star hotel but have stayed in 4+ hotels in Greece previously and could tell the difference. Went half board but found drinks etc expensive, so if you like a drink may be worthwhile thinking about all inclusive.

just arrived back from a fantastic holiday at louis imperial. weather hot, plenty of sunbeds in the gardens. food excellent with plenty of choices, staff very friendly and eager to please. Rooms are getting a bit tatty, but are quite spacious and comfortable, apart from the bed. Air con a lifesaver.Entertainment aimed at the older generation which is the majority at this hotel. Drinks quite expensive, much cheaper in the nearby bars. Golden cafe, de vito's, black rose, worth a visit for good food and cheap drinks.Plenty to see and do out and about. Did the trip to Nicosia which was quite expensive and didn't allow much time to explore, but worth a visit. All in all a good choice and i would definately return.

We were very disappointed with the area. All the beaches were grit not sand and the sea was full of rocks and very rough, not for children or the faint hearted. The beach area outside the hotel looked like a builders yard. The hotel was Ok, clean and well appointed rooms but thin walls meant we were often disturbed by party goers coming in late. The food was a bit hit and miss, they use the cheapest of cheap ingredients (OK if you like tinned carrots and mushy broccoli or beef in gravy) The hotel seemed to base it menu to appeal to the English, Shepherds Pie, Bread & Butter Pudding ETC The adults pool was used by children and teenagers so don't expect any peace! Phaphos was well over priced & over rated.

The holiday was amazing, it was the first time I visited Cyprus. I went with my girlfriend and was the perfect holiday for a couple and for families too. The hotel was a highlight of the holiday with friendly staff and great entertainment especially from the Animation Team, Anis, Sandros, Emma, Chris and Kayleigh. The days were filled with great activities for adults and children or you can just stay at the pool and relax. Fantastic location on the coast with a pathway leading all the way to the harbourb where seaside excursions were a must. I highly recommend this holiday to anybody that wants a nice sunny, entertainment filled holiday.

came to this hotel in a wedding party but would not come again. and from the people we spoke to on this holiday neither will they,as they all said how it had changed and not for the better.the bride and groom had paid extra for things to make there time more special, but they neednthave done,as they didnt get anything special.the rooms were average the air con hardly worked and the tiles cracked in the bathroom and things kept fallling of the wall.and it was so hot but no air con on in the passage ways which was unbarable when you were waiting for the tempermental liftsto come.the food was average the same sort of thing most nights, but read the small print when you book and men take some long trousers with you,as you are not able to go for evening meal wearing shorts.some of our party had only taken one pair and those were for the wedding so were not allowed an evening meal which they had paid for.and the manager of the hotel was so rude how he got the job i dont know. the food at the hotel was very expensive also if you needed to buy anything 4euros 50 for a cob,2 euros 50 for a basic slush drink for the kids round the pool so take plenty of euros with you you will need it.so all in all we will not be coming again.
