Having stayed many years ago at the sister hotel Bhaia Beach we said then that we would like to stay at the "Tres" at some time, and we were very pleased we did. This is a very good hotel with a hint of luxury every where you go,with gym and wellness centre ,tennis courts and a fantastic pool area. The rooms are a very good size with large wide beds and longer than normal so plenty of scope for comfort, with mini bar which we did not use as it is over priced ie. 1.95 for a 2litre bottle of water against a local supermarket 2.20 for a 5 litre bottle. It has tv but very limited channels but hey your on holiday.Cleanliness is fantastic with towel change seemingly daily and everywhere is spotless The restaurant serves two sittings for dinner and you have a table allocated on arrival but if you make friends with another couple they will reallocate .The food is first class and with a very wide range of choice catering for all tastes including vegetarians which is usually a problem for my wife who will not eat anything which had a face !It is buffet service so you can choose anything and as much as you would like . This hotel is more suitable for over 40s as very little facilities are available for children although a limited play timetable was just starting as we were leaving mid july Beaches are fantastic with full choices for everyone with surfing and kite surfing? although if your not a good swimmer be aware of very strong currents on this coast,if you wish you may go topless and also just up the beach you can sample naturism giving yourself the all over tan . Overall I do not think you could go wrong in choosing this holiday ,go on pamper your self and just enjoy ,WE DID Mary and Tony Nottingham

Just returned home following a 2 week break at the tres islas. The hotel itself is fantastic, spotlessly clean, good food, very friendly staff, right on a beautiful beach, the pool area is very peaceful with plenty of sun loungers(although people still feel the need to reserve them)the 2 good sized pools were nice and warm as was the jacuzzi. On the down side did not like the evening meal times which were 6.30(to early)or 8.30(to late),also the evening entertainment was shocking, the only other negative is that if you want to venture out during the day or in the evening you need to get a bus or taxi as there's nowhere within walking distance. All in all we had a great time but doubt we would ever go back.

My wife and I wanted a quiet, relaxing holiday in comfortable surroundings and this hotel delivered! The accommodation was spotlessly clean and very comfortable and the choice and quality of the food was second to none. We found the hotel staff to be charming and friendly and we would highly recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone wanting a peaceful, out of the way, holiday.

Located out of town, this is a quiet style of holiday. The hotel is if a high standard, requiring you to be dressed, ( Long trousers men) for evening meal and around the bars and entertainment areas. This will not suit those who wish to spend their days and nights in football shirt and shorts. There is no music or entertainment around the pool area during the day, and the evening entertainment finishes at 11pm. Hotel waiters and room service is first class. The average age of guests is 35-70. There are no facilities for children to play, those between 5-16 will find this place a bore, and for anyone over 16, they will want to be down the town most nights , 7Euro Taxi. If you have family, the sister hotel Riu Olivier Beach near by, is geared up to entertain children and teenagers with kids clubs and shows, and daytime activities. Like I say, this is a peace and quiet hotel, ideal for adults wanting time away from the noise of children playing, and music during the day.

my boyfriend and i booked this holiday for a week, about 3 weeks before the actual dates set. the hotel is evrything thing it is said to have been and the pictures are accurate, so if your amazed by the photos it's even better when your there. we debated on getting a sea view balcony but decided not to, but even though we re at the back of the hotel it's impossible to get a bad view and you get to watch the sunset clearly over the mountains. I would deffinately pay the extra to stay at this hotel again because the sand is lovely and golden where as most of the rest of the island is sark sand from the volcanoes. there was quite alot of elderly people there, but it was fine for us (19) and there were several other young couples and families about. It was nice because the hotel was so calm and peaceful so i wouldn't say that its a bad point. i totally recommend getting a taxi into corralajo (only about 5/6 euros) where there is a water park just before the main town and the acually shops there are so pretty and you can walk down to the sea there too. Just a little warning, as nice as it is to have the beach followed right next to the hotel pool, you do have to pay for the sunbeds on the beach as it's not part of the hotel (3 euros a sunbed) but i cannot fault this holiday at all. there is about every type of food you can ever want; from chips & chicken, to squid and snails it truly is a 5 star holiday and really hot, it was about 30-33C when we went so make sure you take your suncream =)
