The resort is not big but there is enough going on. We stayed 10 days which was enough in our opinion. The hotel catered for everyone and the reps there Tony & Shelley were extremely good with all... they chatted to everyone and worked extremely hard to keep this hotel ticking over. Their show Thomson got Talent was funny and let members of the audience join in for voting etc... we had a laugh. Food is also good the breakfasts are to die for and the evening meal well what can I say except you would never ever leave hungry.. there is always something to eat from assortment of meats, fish, veg, home made pies!! yummy, the cheese board was fantastic... the desserts lovely jubbly (we have put weight on and that was down to these) the salads, breads you could not fault anything nobody could complain about the food. Vegetarians would be impressed too. Loved the hotel, loved Es Cana would def go back.. we had boat rides to different places although Ibiza Town be warned... there is NO beach when you get there just yachts... the beach is further down the coast.. look at Map...We landed with towels etc and no beach BUT we had a lovely walk around... thats a mixture of Rome & Barcelona (reminded us of them) Drinks expensive there 8 pounds for two small beers. Escana was 2 pound small beer 2.60 large beer but just certain places... 4 pound a pint... we paid 9.50 pence for one pint and one vodka diet coke.... and its the same most places. Go half board to save some money do not go self catering... The pubs outside really need to bring costs down to attract people in. And the hotel needs to bring their prices down a little too for the amount of people who stay and watch shows can be a little expensive on the pocket.. probably to account for payment of the acts. We watched Paul Daniels he was superb (and also had dinner with them ) just happened to be sat next to us and Debbie was a really down to earth person as was Paul.... my only gripe was the seating arrangements actually because they were far too close BUT we decided to eat breakfast and evening meal outside on the verandah (even if it was windy) at least we had private conversations... but thanks to the Thomson team at hotel they were outstanding.

Just returned from a 1 week stay at this fantastic gold holiday. This is our 2nd visit to this hotel and had a great time both visits. Very relaxing with great food, entertainment and weather. Staff very friendly and reps do a good job. Well worth a visit.

my husband and I have just returned from this hotel.Overall the hotel was good but the price of drinks was obscene, resulting in us going out of the hotel every night to the Marvent bar just two doors away where the drinks were less than half of what the hotel was charging. And I must say most clients of the hotel were in the Marvent too.also the way the hotel has the seats laid out in rows for the evening entertainment resembles an old folks home, and I think it was demeaning to all the elderly guests who were there.

Fantastic hotel great location right on the seafront. Entertainment in the hotel was fantastic thanks to the hosts Tony and Shelly who made our holiday. Food was of a good standard with a huge variety on offer every night and extra special on the Gala night. Bar prices were a little expensive! Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. We hired a car with a driver rather than opt for the organised excursions which worked out great value for money. The only negative point of the whole stay was the location of a rather noisy bar next door to the hotel on the sea front which produced noise late at night due to patrons leaving so we would recommend requesting a pool view rather than a sea view. Would definately stay here again.

We have just arrived back from the Panorama in ibiza .Firstly the coach drops you off up the road from the hotel ,me and my husband are in our 40,s ,so you have to carry your cases to the doors ,it was ok for us but there was many older people who just coudn,t do it so we ended up helping them ,to find the porter is waiting by the door ,i think he could have pushed his trolley to the coach.WE had payed for a superior rooom which was very nice but smelt damp. The washing line was broke the shower head we had to tie up with string as we was sick of asking the staff to fix it .There was no flowers or wine in the room as its says in the brochere We then went to the pool to find the beds had towels on them .but no one on them.Which i found very selfish of some people.Cant fault the food but the waiters dont give you time to finish your plate as its gone .The staff round the pool are funny and good.but very sarki as me and my husband speak spanish and was taking the mickey out of some people ,which should realize we keep them in a job. There isn,t many little spanish bars all english .I was brought up to respect my elders but ive had seen some very rude people at this hotel they fight for the drink machine at breakfast then just barg in the que as if they own it .The resturnant was like you was sardines you could reach next doors dinner.Me and my husband have used thomason gold hotels for 6 years and been to many of them ,i think this one hasnt got the nice touch the stairs was dirty i woudn,t say it was a 4 star more like a 3 star .But we could,t moan about the weather that was good overall not to bad glad wasn,t there for 2 weeks ,but please dont be put off what im saying as everyone is different .
