Hotel was in a lovely location, right off the marvellous beach and close to local shops, buses etc. Staff were excellent all over the hotel, from the bar staff, dining room staff, reception and entertainment. The cleaning staff also put in excellent shifts. Was a little disappointed with the food. Although there were plenty of choices, a lot of the hot food was only luke warm and the cold plates and dishes didn't help. There was also a lot of repetition. Our main gripe was that there didn't seem to be any parental control over the hordes of young children running about and screaming their heads off. Definitely not a place to be if you're looking for relaxation. Must also mention that we felt that Thomson have cut back too much, i.e. No rep on the transfer coach in either direction and we had to find out details, such as pick-up times for the return journey ourselves. Also had no info on the welcoming meeting that we used to get. Having said that we got by OK and booked the trips we wanted with the rep with no problem In summary - would not go back to this hotel ourselves but am certain that it is a brilliant place for younger families.
WHAT A LOVELY HOTEL I CAN NOT PRASIE IT ENOUGH I TRAVELLED ON MY OWN AND WAS DELIGHTED WITH MY SURONDINGS THIS IS MY SECOND STAY AT THE CONDESSA AND WILL BE DEFO MAKING IT A THIRD MY ONLY CRITC IS I HAVE TO WAIT FOR NEXT YEAR TO VISIT AGAIN WELL DONE CONDESSA
