A brilliant time was had by all at this hotel. Spotless and excellent food. Staff were really friendly. If you have small children, you will not be disapointed as the kids club will keep them busy for hours on end. Entertainment at night was vey good. The resort was also spotless, although busy, it was never rowdy. Five minutes walk to the beach which is fantastic. Two excursions not to be missed are Thomson Mega Day which is a brilliant day out at Western Water Park and not forgeting Pirates Adventure. This is a must see. The best show we have seen for years. Can't wait to go back..See you next year...

This was our 2nd time at this hotel. Again it was great. We took friends with us this time and they too enjoyed it. Dave the entertainments manager was great the kids loved him. We will be going back again soon.

Have been to this hotel 3 times in the past 2 years and we really can't find fault with it. We liked it that much we took 10 people this year ranging from OAP's to a 5 month old baby, everybody really enjoyed it (even the teenagers). The staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. The hotel itself is very clean and the rooms although fairly basic are adequate and clean (the rooms for 4 are huge). Good entertainment and even better at hotel bar over the road. Excellent pools, plenty of sunbeds, plenty to keep the kids amused (and parents too). When can we go back again?

After reading mixed reviews about the hotel and travelling alone with my daughters I wasn't sure what to expect. I shouldn't have worried because the hotel and resort is fab! The hotel is very, very clean and the staff are brilliant (friendly, helpful and made a fuss of the children). We only went to the lounge one or two evenings but there was a great atmosphere and the entertainment was good (my youngest won the bingo!). There is no smoking in the main area of the lounge now and don't be put off by a pool across the road - it's easy to pop over to and there's a great bar/snack place next to it. The resort itself has plenty going on but isn't too noisy or 'clubby' - so perhaps not a good resort for those wanting nightlife. Beach lovely and I felt that me and my daughters were safe in and around the resort and hotel. We'd highly recommend a stay here. The girls can't wait to go back!
