Hotel was good, location excellent, the only thing that let the holiday down was the Thompson service. No rep at location. No welcome meeting. Hotel had trouble getting hold of Thompson rep, 4 phone calls but know answer from Thompson. Had to ring uk to find out where our coach was for the journey back to airport as coach was late. Would advise making your own arrangements to holiday at the Cynthiana Beach Hotel in Cyprus as you don't want to pay for something you don't get.

Have just spent 2 weeks at the Cynthiana Beach and what a treat it was ! We had a large family room with lovely sea views - fell asleep to the waves crashing up on the rocks below every night. The hotel is always spotlessly clean, and the environment and atmosphere always pleasant and relaxed. A great selection of food both at breakfast and evening meal, always hot and tasty, and what better than to be able to sit and watch the sun setting over the sea as you eat your evening meal !? The staff were always friendly and helpful. No beach here, but you are right by the sea, and sandy beaches are just a 5 minute car or bus ride away if you want them. In short, we would not hesitate to go back here again, and anyone who is going on holiday here soon can count themselves very lucky - you've made a great choice !

Once again a wonderful holiday in this hotel, staff very friendly and welcomed back once again. Nice to be remembered by hotel staff and local taverna Lucky Genie. Weather was glorious for October and not quite so busy. Nice and relaxing. Having being going back to Cynthiana for last eight years we are definate fans of Cyprus.

Arrived to look out window to view of car park instead of garden upgraded to sea view and well worth the upgrade stunning views and sunsets. Accomodation was fine pity no tea/coffee making facilities or fridge to keep beer cool rooms kept clean and towels changed daily. Food was good no complaints there. Bit out of way 1/2 way between Pathos and Coral beach later worth a visit. Bus every 15 min easy to catch. My only complaint was the entertainment at the hotel. Not much for kids apart from pool table beach and swimming pool. No planned activities for adults or kids. At night the best there was were guy playing guitar and other playing organ a few nights a week and they were not great. They had a fashion show on leather jackets that we managed to miss due to going on boat trip to see fireworks and meal one night worth a look #25 a head but food good. Hotel let down by lack of entertainment but views of sea and sunset every night having your dinner were really nice. If they sorted out entertainment i would recommend to anyone or if you just want peace and quiet with views perfect.
