Hotel location is perfect, hotel is clean, rooms maybe a little dated but the air con. is just great leave it on all night. Food is okay, just don't expect to get much for the English palette. The pool is a good size and the beach is only 5 metres away. Booked excursions through the locals. Beware of the extras that they try to force on you in the turkish bath. Go to the bar infinity if you want a good night, turn right outside the rear of the hotel.

me and my mum stayed here for 2 weeks and it was the holiday from hell.one of the guest told us she had her daughters shoes stolen from her room we became worried so my mum said go and get my phone which she left in the bedside draw this too had been stolen also the other lady had her camera stolen from her bedside draw both familys reported this to the staff at reception they told us to speak to our rep after 2 hrs both our reps turned up and said we must call the police.The police came and did checked both rooms to shearch for the missing items.they were no where to be found the manager was called in and would only come after she had eaten her lunch she was rude and unhelpful and was not bothered.we had to go the police station to make statments by this time the other lady received a call from her daughter saying the camera had been put back in their room.when me and my mum got back to the hotel her mobile had been slung on the bed which was not there when we checked and also when the police checked.I think the staff who stole these items got scared and put them back due to finger prints.prior to this my mum walked into our room to find the maid going threw my wardrobe and handling my clothes she turned around in shock to find my mum standing there i dread to think what she would of done if my mum had not walked in.The manager asked her what was she doing her response was "i thought they were checking out" when it was quite clear that all our belonging were on the dressing table bed and floor.I could not wait to get out of there the staff are rude unhelpfull and would laugh when we were waiting for a lift that was broken at the bottom.The lift kept breaking dowm my mum who is old had to walk to the 4th floor.The air con was weak and would not cool us.We went onto the balcony to try and cool down but there was a heater blowing out hot air.The poolside was morbid and depreesing as they played no music.we are 100% positive that the staff i think the maids who clean the rooms are stealing from the guests we would of never had threw such a ordeal with the police if we was not certain my mother made amistake leaving her mobile in the draw but you dont think that the staff would steal from you it was not only us it was a horrible experience never again.

" Thank you for your comments. We are sorry to hear the hotel appears not to meet our usual high standards. We will pass these comments back to our suppliers. The hotel will not be appearing in our brochure for summer 2011. "
