Based in the annexe, had a lovely apartment, comfortable spacious and clean, Bathroom is a bit 'tired' and could do with a refurb but maids kept all spotlessly clean. Location right on the beach is second to none, even though outside the main resort it's just a short bus ride or taxi ride to resort centre. Walkable if you feel energetic! Pool area was always clean and tidy and there were plentiful sunbeds during our stay. Daytime and evening entertainment was ok and the entertainment team were enthusiastic and pleasant. Every member of staff was pleasant and greeted everyone cheerfully and with a smile. Drinks were great, help yourself to all but the spirits and cocktails and service was always quick. Buffet meals were above average and there was ample choice, would recommend both theme restaurants. All in all would highly recommend this hotel and will be booking for next year

Really enjoyed the gorgeous beaches just on the doorstep. Would recommend booking excursions while on holiday and not beforehand in the uk as this issue caused lots of problems which is just stress you don't need when on holiday. We were also annoyed that the hotel stopped giving out bottled water, and said that we could only get glasses of tap water, which upset my stomach. So for the entire holiday we had to pay for bottled water from an ALL INCLUSIVE hotel. When we asked the reps about this they said there was nothing they could do about it as the hotel didn't specify it! Other than this we enjoyed the local bars and restaurants, the food was lovely and the people on the island were all very friendly. Would particularly recommend going to the music hall tavern for the comedy drag acts! Was a hilarious night out well worth the money :)
We stayed in the main hotel and glad we did the apartments are very close and on top of each other around a small pool for so many people. We stayed just as the place began to become busy and it started to be a nightmare. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday this isnt the place. The entertainment staff are a constant noise, shouting and loud music so no snoozing by the pool. As the season progresses there will be a scramble for sun beds and at food time. If you go to the sanded area for the sunbeds then be prepared for smokers paradise mixed with the lovely smell of sewerage from the water treatment unit positioned there. If you have limited mobility (lots of steps that the lift doesnt take you to) or cannot deal with huge crowds or high volume noise. If you have constrictions on what you eat this isnt the place for you! (most of the food is mislabelled the vegetable soup is made with beef stock) On the plus size the place is very clean, staff helpful and friendly and the beach is on your doorstep and just beautiful.
