There was nothing to fault. staff,Hotel location ,layout ,rooms and especially the food were all absolutly fantastic. For the first time on a holiday i didn't want to come home. Trust me on this one, visit this hotel you won't be dissapointed.
We have just had two weeks at this hotel and we feel it was below par the good things were the staff. The reception was first class. The food was good .the bad things were the pool area most of the trees want cutting down. The rooms were very poor. The beds had seen better days. The table and chairs in our room were falling a part. The hallway wanted a good clean we have been to the bahia the guayarmina, and the taurito princess all first class 4 star but I am afraid the Tenerife is not one of them we will to return to the others but this one
The hotel was absolutely fabulous....well, it would have been in 1960 when it was last refurbished. Hotel was spotless. Food was very nice and waiters very friendly. You MUST go to 'The Full Monty' pub DJ Biba is amazing! Have Fun!!!!
Our third year staying at this hotel, this time staying for three weeks instead of the normal two.. We can't fault it or the super staff. Yvonne, reception, waiters all were excellent. Well done Liked Vista beach access for less able !!
Ignore the bad reviews! This hotel was fantastic! I have just returned from the Tenerife Princess and have recommened it to all friends and family. The hotel is superb, the staff cannot do enough for you and the food is fantastic. If you like pampering, this the Hotel for you!
