We took our family ,all ten of them to this hotel to celebrate our golden wedding. Food was wonderful especially not having to cook Xmas meals, we enjoyed it very much. The childrens entertainers were excellent.
The hotel is excellent, room was lovely, the restaurant fantastic, plenty of choice and the food was of a high standard. The pool was lovely maybe slightly too small, but beware-you have to get up early to get a sunbed! Plenty of bars and restaurants close by, the best cocktail bar we foud was outside the hotel doors! Going back 2007!

Was very disappointed with this hotel. It looked very tired, definately in need of a refurbishment. Reception staff were very rude and unhelpful and hygene standards left somewhat to be desired - our room floor wasn't swept or mopped once despite a number of requests and bedding wasn't changed either. We had ants in our room and at night the pool area was a sea of cockroaches. However the food wasn't bad and the location was good. Wouldn't return though, have been in better 3 star hotels. As for the Platinum service, we didn't receive it.
The only platinum thing about this hotel is the location, i have been in better 3 star hotels, the rooms are noisey and lacking taste.Safe and fridge are an extra cost. There are no tea making facilities. Only bbc world is available on TV, other platinum hotels i have stayed in have all these facilities at no extra cost, the pool area is nice and also reception.
