I Have Just Got Back From Sol Princess Dacil, I had A great Time, the Entertaniers where great, always did there best. The food was okai, There where plenty of seats the queues for the sunbeds in a morning, where, unseen, there was plenty to do, water polo, Rifle shooting, Tennis, Mini golf, the only main problem was the lifts, the lower floor lifts did keep sticking, but the hotel manager always got them sortered out straight away, I would definitely go again next year.

On arrival at the Dacil, was plesently surprised by the size of the room this took away the dissapointment of finding out that we did not have air con! which we were told we had when we booked the holiday the previous week. As we arrived late that nite we found that in order to keep cool we had to keep the windows open and surpise! we couldnt sleep for the noise of the traffic which we had read in the reviews prior to going but I can honestly say the hotel was spotless very clean and we had a maid everyday which I thought was really good, however the food was what we would call the usual for abroad although there was a wide range from salads to pasta and various meats some cooked while you wait if you did get anything hot it was cold by the time you got to your table same a breakfast time you would have to wait for your toast in the toasters that had to go round at least 4 times before it turned brownish! and by then your tea was cold thats if the machines were working you have to mind these were getting used by a lot of people so we ended up eating out a few times and I wouldnt say I was very fussy, Anyway the best laugh had to be the sun worshippers!!!! and you all know who you'se are I have never seen anything like it in my life and I have been going abroad for the past 30 years it was embarassing to say the least they were fighting over sunbeds the positions they were in so that they could get the same spot the catch the sun all day and the brolly's too! there was one women who was darker than the 'ACE OF SPADES' who was so mad she didnt have a brolly she marched over to someone else's and took theres while they were away but she was caught when the family returned with there 3 kids and may I say ( this is a grown women with no kids) had to give it back to them to her dismay. the spanish must thing we are all nuts !!! If you have small children this is ideal as the reps who work there with the kids are really brill, however the one couple we met could not stomach the food so ate out most of there holiday apart from one nite and then the next day she ended up with food posioning and had to get the doctors in that was the day berfore we were leaving so take from that what you will it kinda put me off going back for anything to eat. But what can you expect from a 3 star I suppose. There were plenty of places to go and eat and 2 min walk from beach so that was a plus.

Hotel was very clean staff were lovely, do any thing for you, food very good had a good choice. Rooms were a good size. Hotel its self was very nice pool to nice gardens and aplace to sit if you didn't want to be round the pool. Excursions were very good, not far from a beach or shops and restaurants, would go again tomorrow, i wish.

We had great fun in the sol princessa dacil, the kids club was great and the leaders were fantastic. We are visiting the hotel again this year very soon and meeting people who met there last year, I recommend this hotel to families and the people were very friendly.

Hotel very clean and very spacious rooms but found the evening meals to be very poor quality, most cooked food bland and tastless especially meat dishes. This hotel could do with being updated with air-conditioning although fans can be hired, rooms overlooking swimming pool were very noisy almost next to dual carriageway. Traffic often woke us up at night.
