we look foreward to going to the orange twice year, the staff are the most friendly ever,

Pepe at reception and alison scott the customer services lady is the most helpful person for anything that you want seeing to.

I am very fortunate to ask for the same room and always get it by getting in touch with the hotel beforehand. they never let me down. in the restaurant there is Pilar , she has been there for many years and the quality of service she gives you is paramount, also Teadora who is always smiling and chatty,

the pool area is very clean and tidy, only time it gets a bit messy is when the stag and hen parties are there, ( what a menace ) overall I wouldnt go to any other hotel in Benidorm,

although there is a certain amount of noise outside at night once you have closed the patio doors its not to bad, although we are seniors we are young at heart and dont mind the hustle and bustle around the Square at night. we always feel safe around the hotel area, and at night in the hotel there is always a security guard at reception. looking foreward to going in sept.

was transfered to another hotel in May because the Orange was closed for refurbishment.

cant wait to see the improvement.

My 2 friends and i go to Benidorm every year, but it's our first in a hotel. The hotel Orange was lovely, clean, in a good location, plenty of food to choose from, we would go again. It's not far from beach which was great as we love walking along the prom. Plenty of bar's and restaurnts in resort, entertainment was brilliant lot's to choose from for all ages. Even a game of bingo if you wish. The hotel room we had was a triple and was quite adiquite, even has a flat screen tv with 5or6 english channels, also has a mini fridge to keep your water cold or pop.

We have just returned from a hot sunny week in Benidorm. We were on the 10th floor and the views were superb- mountains to one side and seaviews to the other. Our room was ideal with a very useful fridge for water, beer and wine.The slimline TV was a bonus- just 10E deposit for the changer which we got back on leaving. There was a safe in the room which was very handy. We were at the end of a corridor and heard no noise from other guests at night- the corridorc was carpeted which helped. The buffet restaurant served a wonderful variation of food- there was always something new to try. We are both over 60 but we went out exploring the many clubs every night and saw some great comedians, etc. Don't miss Dame Lucy Bunn & Reg at Morgans. A wonderful relaxing break in an ideal location. We will be back....

This is the third time I have stayed at the Orange. It never fails to dissappoint. The food is excellent, great choice, always fresh, the main meals are kept hot even the plates (really). The rooms are spotless, the staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The location is excellent for the nightlife only a few steps away yet shut the patio doors and you do not hear anything. The beach is only a few minutes walk away again spotless and clean with lots of cafes, bars and shops all within easy walking distance.The only downside on noise is the room walls are very thin and you can hear through them very easily. I would recommend this hotel every time.
