excellent hotel, staff very friendly, bar service fabulous,all very polite,we had a family holiday so older members of the family, had plenty daytime entertainment, the staff work very hard, food was lovely, some people complained, but when dont they? dont be put off, we definitely will go back, the bonus being no small children !!!
Very friendly staff, good quality accommodation. Fantastic location. Only drawback, some people though the food could be improved but we always found something to eat. Would be nice to have ice creams available during daytime as in other all inclusive hotels.
having been to this hotel three times last year, we found the food this time to be
of a standard afforded a two star hotel. I think Thomsons rep needs to think carefully
before awarding this hotel four T's. A word with the manager would verify they have had
trouble with the food. Will still consider going back but watch the reviews as the price
is going up but the food standard is going down.
Just reading some of the recent reviews as we went to this hotel september last year and carn't wait to return this year it's the first time we have gone back to the same place twice and as we have been going on holiday evey year for a lot of years thats saying something, a lovley hotel in a great location if you want a relaxing time i don't know what some people expect food wise but we couldn't fault the food or the service and the reps were great don't let the bad reviews put you off going to this hotel unless your used to the Ritz
I know when you stay AI you cannot expect the highest quaility of food. Breakfast no problem.Lunch and Dinner food constantly ran out and meal went cold waiting for replacements. Show cooking Chicken breast inedible,Hamburgers yes thats correct tiny some not cooked. One night senior chef cooked steak correctly. Costs were being cut buy using less staff. All the staff worked extremly hard. TV channels in room changed or only BBC World avialble How about Skynews, ITV. BBC Sky sports. Entertainment room large good seating but quiz and stand up Bigo dragged out. This holiday was booked June 2010. 6 weeks before departure flight changed 8.25am to 2,55pm no compensation as change not over 8 hours.We paid £50 each to change to 6.40 am flight from Manchester which had plenty of spare capacity on. THOMSONS Should have offered customers who had booked early TRANSFER TO THIS FLIGHT AT NO EXTRA COST. I was cut off 3 times telephoning the help line to change fights.You want to try listening to the Beach Boys God Only Knows for 90 mins a very apt tune..I hope Thomsons will contcat me to discuss this matter further. I must stress I am not in the habit of giving bad reviews, my review of the Thomson dream Cruise excedded all expectations dispite what BBC Watchdog had to say. Thomsons solved that problem no lets play fair to loyal customers who book in advance
