Very friendly and helpful hotel staff. The hotel was spotlessly clean, room was good but would have thought in a four star hotel, the room could have been a little larger. Food good, varied menus. Drinks prices were expensive, we found that most of the bars in the area were noticeably cheaper, the result was an empty hotel bar with no atmosphere. Can't help thinking that if drinks prices had been more competitive, more people would have used the hotel bar. The area both in Sorrento and the surrounding area is very scenic.

Very friendly hotel with fantastic views. lovely room (we had a junior suite) Evening meals were of a good standard although we had to ask for time between the courses as it was otherwise straight after each other, they were happy to do this. We went on 2 trips, Pompei half day, EXCELLENT, this is not to be missed. Also we did the exclusive boat trip around Capri, (for 12 eople) this was a full day trip including lunch and was a lovely day out, you also got time on the Island. Did the quick tour with the Rep was quite informative and did book a meal at a restaurant called O PARRUCCHIANO. The setting was lovely, it is full of plants, however the food was a dissapointment!! The centre is very nice for a stroll with little alleyways of shops, it is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. We did find a nice little bar about a minute from the hotel which was very reasonably priced and very friendly. I feel the hotel and the resort are more geared towards adults and not really suitable for children due to the pool size and lack of beach/ clubs etc.
