First time in kos so took a gamble. Arriving at around 3am we were welcomed by one of the brother owners and a nice bottle of water. At first glance in the dark we thought we were miles away from town, but actually not far at all. About 15/20 min stroll or 8 mins on bike. And I was not impressed at first with the room but got used to that after a day. BUT..... Both me and my girlfriend have travelled all over the world and have never stayed somewhere which is so friendly. The owners and staff were great!! They were very helpful and everyday felt as though I was staying in my own house with the family, a great place if you have kids and just wanna hang around the pool, food was great all home cooked and really good value. Thanks to Nicon we had a really relaxing holiday with no stresses at all. Hired a bike for a week at DAVES which is nearly next door and went exploring at our own pace, stopping off here and tere for great food, drink and sand. Loved it so much im about to book this years holiday for two weeks instead of one. P.s if you are a funny bugger and dont like a bit of dodgy decor or a couple of ants here and there then its not for you and more sunbeds for me
