We have just returned from our third stay at the Bonamar Hotel in Cala Bona, and can confirm that it is as good as ever. We arrived on May 1st, the first day it was open for the season. There were initially only 10 of us in the Hotel, but this gradually increased during the week to over 50, although this was still far from the maximum capacity.
The Hotel is situated in a one way street in a quiet area of Cala Bona. This is only a short distance from the beach and sea, although the beach (just across the promenade) is not really suitable for bathing, etc as it is mainly rocks. There is a much better beach a short distance away towards Cala Bona, and the beaches at nearby Cala Millor are excellent. There are many shops, cafes and restaurants in the area. Particularly recommended are the Spar Supermarket just down the road in front of the Hotel towards Cala Bona (owned by an English ..." more on this review
