Flights to Mombasa Airport
As well as an ancient city steeped in history, flights to Mombasa are your ticket to Kenya’s famous beaches.
Book a flight to Mombasa and you’ll find yourself wandering as slowly as the locals through its sun-baked streets. In the old town, mosques and colonial houses appear around every well-trodden corner. And over at the harbour, the chunky Fort Jesus peers out over the Indian Ocean. Talking of which, everything here is pulled right up against the coast, so flights to Mombasa are great if you’re after a best-of-both worlds break. You’ll find the most popular suburban stretch, Nyali Beach, just north of the city. Here, palm-shaded sands give way to warm, turquoise waters – and there’s more of the same at Diani Beach, about half an hour’s drive along the coast.
