Lost, delayed or damaged baggage?
If you wish to make a claim for lost, delayed or damaged baggage, please contact the number stated on the property irregularity report that you were required to complete at the airport, following the loss or damage of your luggage. If your bag has been lost for more than 6 days, please contact our secondary tracing agent on 0161 489 6006.
If you wish to make a claim for lost, delayed or damaged baggage, please write within 7 days of your flight to:
