We've always prided ourselves on our top-notch cuisine. But now we're taking it one step further by giving meals the star treatment.
Travel onboard Thomson Celebration from November 2007 and you can dine in a brand new restaurant from celebrity chef Aldo Zilli. He's the man behind London's Zilli group, a clutch of gourmet West End eateries that have been pulling in A-list celebs and discerning theatre-goers for years.
A taste of Italy
Everything on the menu has been designed by Aldo, based on Italian-inspired ingredients. Taste bruschetta heaped with plump, vine-ripe tomatoes and drizzled in olve oil. Try warm buffalo mozzarella served with roasted peppers. Or twizzle your fork in Aldo's signature seafood spaghetti dish. Just make sure you save room for his naughty-but-nice Italian ice cream.
The restaurant on Thomson Celebration has been revamped to reflect his style, too - a bright Mediterranean-style space with a sea of crisp linen tablecloths. Naturally, Aldo's a man with high standards. And that's precisely why he'll be coming onboard now and then, to keep an eye on his floating restaurant. This new addition aside, we're still pulling out all the stops when it comes to dining, across the fleet. All our ships give you a choice of waiter or self-service. And there's a great selection of dishes, from exotic specialities to good old British fare.
