It's Italian all the way - he's from Abruzzo in central Italy. So you can look forward to fresh pasta sprinkled with crumbly goat's cheese. Chicken smothered in smoked mozzarella. And if you're travelling Premium class, prepare for lip-smacking delights such as succulent lamb with rosemary potatoes and to-die-for afters, like raspberry pannacotta ice-cream. Just don't expect to come home any lighter...
