Problems are often caused by incompatibility between the website and the browser or operating system you are using, or if the Internet is busy or your connection to the web slow, you may experience problems accessing or downloading sections of the site. If your connection is slow this is out of Thomson's control and we recommend you contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider) for advice if the problem persists. There are a few other reasons why you might be experiencing problems with our website. Please check the following possible issues below.
If you are still unable to view our website, or you fail to make a booking because of a problem with our website, please contact our Call Centre on 0871 231 4691 (Thomson)(Calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras) or 0203 451 2695 (Thomson Airways).
If your computer crashes before you complete your booking or during your transaction, phone our Call Centre on 0203 451 2695 and we will check if a booking has been made or not. We recommend you print out any relevant information as you proceed through the booking process in order for us to access the details of your required accommodation and complete your booking for you if necessary.
We do recommend that cookies are enabled for the Thomson site. If you experience further issues with our site, we would recommend moving to the latest version of 'Flash' as this may well solve the issue. Visit the Flash site to download the latest version. Alternatively, upgrading to the latest version of the relevant browser may have the same effect. However, Thomson cannot be held liable for any software you choose to download to your machine.
