What is Manage My Booking?

Manage My Booking is our online booking amendment service. It you booked through, you can use Manage My Booking to make all these changes to your holiday:

  • View your booking information including outstanding balance and payment due dates.
  • Make payments towards your holiday.
  • Amend your holiday including travel dates, departure/arrival airports, destination, hotel and board basis.
  • Add and remove extras including extra space seats, Select Your Seat and more.
  • Resend your confirmation email.
  • Enter your API (Advanced Passenger Information).

Amendments to passengers: You can't make amendments to passenger details using Manage My Booking. Instead, please call us on 0203 451 2688.

Amendment and cancellation fees: Just so you know, you may be charged an amendment or cancellation fee if you change or cancel your holiday. You'll be advised of this when you're amending or cancelling your booking.

To check the fees that apply to you, please check your booking terms and conditions. You'll find these on your confirmation email.


How do I log in to Manage My Booking?

To log in to Manage My Booking you will need the following details that you'll find on your confirmation email:

  • Booking Reference (e.g. 2060/123456)
  • Lead Passenger surname (e.g. Mr John Smith would be SMITH)
  • Departure Date (e.g. 21 JAN 11)

Can I use Manage My Booking for all types of holiday?

You can't use Manage My Booking for the following holiday types. Instead, please contact us using the details listed below:

Holidays booked in a Thomson travel shop: Please contact the shop you booked with. Find your local Thomson shop
Holidays booked with Thomson Contact Centre: Please call 0203 451 2688*
Cruise holidays: Please call 0203 451 2682

Twin centre holidays: Please call 0203 451 2688
Ski & Snowboarding holidays: Please call 0871 971 0578 (calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras)
Lakes & Mountains holidays: Please call 0871 230 8180 (calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras)

Bookings with third party travel agents: If you booked your Thomson holiday through a different travel agent you must contact the agency you booked with to cancel or amend your booking.

*If you made your booking through our Contact Centre, please call us to cancel your holiday. You don't need to put this in writing.
