Any flight-only booked via the Internet with Thomson Airways is Ticketless. Therefore you need only bring your booking confirmation number and flight details, which were sent to you when your booking was confirmed. This will be sent to the email address you entered for your booking, or the postal address.
If you have booked a flight only with Thomson Airways, you can make amendments to your flight by calling us on 0871 231 4787 (please have your booking reference number to hand). Any changes you need to make are subject to amendment fees: name changes are £25 per name change per flight, date changes are £15 per date per flight. Please note that you will be required to pay the difference if there is any increase in fare, and some flights will incur cancellation charges. Changes must be made at least 3 hours prior to departure. Please be aware that the Call Centre is not open 24 hours a day, and we do experience long waiting times at peak periods. Therefore please allow plenty of time for changes to be made. Please call us for current charges or refer to the terms and conditions on your booking.
Cancellations cannot be made online - please contact our call centre on 0871 231 4787. Please be advised that as per the terms and conditions accepted by you when you made your booking, Thomson Airways are a non-refundable airline.
If you have arranged your travel insurance with Thomson or Thomson Airways, it may cover you if you were unaware of your condition at the time you booked your flight. However, if you confirmed your flight knowing there was a possibility you may need to cancel, the insurance will not cover you in the event of a claim. Cancellation charges as per the Terms and Conditions of your flight will also apply. For more information, refer to our Thomson Insurance pages, or to our Thomson Airways insurance pages. If you have not arranged travel insurance with us, please contact your insurance provider.
Flight details are subject to change without notice, and Thomson Airways will endeavour to contact you if such changes occur. Please ensure that all contact details given to Thomson Airways are correct, in order for us to contact you if necessary. Please also check that all other details are correct as soon as you receive your confirmation - particularly that the name on your confirmation email or ticket is correct, and matches the name on your passport or photo ID.
In the case of confirmation errors on a flight only please contact our Thomson Airways call centre on 0871 231 4787, or 0844 871 0872 for package holidays, as soon as possible.
If you have booked a flight with Thomson Airways and you have just married and changed your name, please show your marriage certificate at the check-in desk as proof of your identity. There is no additional charge in this case.
Norwich International Airport has embarked on a substantial investment package to improve passenger facilities and air-side infrastructure. In order to pay for this investment Norwich has introduced a £3.00 per passenger airport development fee, which will be paid by all customers flying from the airport. This fee (ADF) will be payable at the time of departure from special ticket machines installed at Norwich International. A ticket for a child will cost £1 with infants under 2 flying for free.
