When you book your holiday online, some guaranteed options will be made available to you during the booking process. These may include room type (e.g. twin room, family room), room upgrade options, and travel choices such as in-flight meals. If you do not see your specific request listed, this is because it is not possible to reserve this option online and these options are therefore not guaranteed to be available.
You can either contact our Call Centre on 0871 231 4691 to book your holiday over the phone and make your request at the time of booking. Or, you can first book your holiday online and then contact our after-sales number on 0844 871 0872 to enquire about adding requests onto your existing booking. If you choose to book online and add requests onto your existing booking at a later date, please be aware that we cannot guarantee your requests will be available. To make a specific request, please book via our Call Centre (for any already-booked holiday queries please have your booking reference number to hand):
Please note, for 0871 numbers calls cost 10p per minute and for 0844 numbers calls cost 5p per minute. Charges apply at all times from BT landlines. Other operator networks may vary.
Throughout the online booking process we'll show you the options available to the holiday you've chosen, such as room upgrades, board basis options, pre-bookable seats on the plane, excess baggage allowance, late check-out rooms, in-flight meals and taxi transfers. You can select these as you proceed and they will be shown in your costing panel on the screen. If you wish to purchase additional options which are not shown online, just call us on the appropriate number (below) we'll be happy to help.
The standard board arrangements for your holiday are shown in the brochure price panel, and online. To check for upgrade options, please either check the price panel in the brochure, or during the online booking process. This can be found on the 'Holiday Options' page, under the 'Accommodation Options' section. If there is an option to upgrade, this can be selected at this stage. The extra cost will be calculated and added to your booking.
If you want to surprise a family member or friend, or you want to spoil yourself with a little treat on arrival, please contact our Call Centre to let us know your requirements (please note we can't guarantee that all requirements can be catered for). Please bear in mind that any specific request may appear on your holiday invoice, so if you are planning to keep your plans secret make sure you keep any correspondence from us safely hidden.
