What’s an E-ticket?

We’ll email your E-ticket to the email address you gave us when you booked. The email will tell you how to print your E ticket. You’ll then need to present it at check-in for both your outward and return flights.

Your E-ticket is the only ticket you need to travel – you won’t receive a paper ticket.

When will I receive my ticket?

E-tickets
For bookings including E-tickets, these will be sent to the email address you gave us, 4-5 weeks before you’re due to travel.

Booking late? If you’re booking between 6 weeks and 14 days before travel, you’ll receive your E-ticket 2 days after making your booking. Book with 14 days of your holiday and your confirmation email will double-up as your E-ticket.

Paper tickets
If you’re getting a paper ticket with your booking, this will arrive around 3 weeks before you’re due to travel and will be sent directly to the address you gave us.
