Is my transaction, and the information I submit online, secure?

All transactions on are completely safe and secure. In addition to the security provided by our ATOL (no. 2524) and ABTA (D7345) licences, Thomson has been issued with an extended validation Verisign ssl certificate, which means that if you submit information to the site during a secure session, that information will be encrypted and transmitted securely. To establish if you are in a secure session, look out for the green address bar or padlock on your browser. Personal information and payment details entered into the site are automatically encrypted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) software. For more information, take a look at our Privacy Policy or click on the Verisign logo on the homepage to see our site's security certificate.


Can I book online at any time of the day or night?

Currently you can book your holiday online between the hours of 05.00am to 01:00am. Online booking is disabled outside of these hours, as our reservation systems and database are being updated.


Am I committed to paying for the holiday when I get prices online?

You are free to search and cost as many holidays as you like. You are only committed to buying a holiday once you have input and confirmed your payment details.


Can I book tours or twin centre holidays online?

Selected tours and twin centre holidays are available to book on our website. These will be shown in your search results if available. For more information or to book aholiday that's not available online, call on 0871 231 4691 (Calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras). Alternatively, visit your local Thomson shop.


How do I choose my seat on the plane when booking online?

If you pay extra to select your seats, you'll get to choose your seat numbers at no further charge. We'll email you 90 days before your return flight with details on how to do this. If you're booking within this time, you'll find the information you need in your confirmation email. Unless you have purchased extra space, extra leg room or premium seats in which case you can choose your seats immediately after booking your holiday.

Terms & Conditions:

-Reserved seats together could be seats behind each other or across an aisle

-If you decide to use the select your seat service, once booked, seats can't be changed

-Seating choices can't always be guaranteed as they are subject to availability and restrictions and may change due to operational, safety or security reasons

-Select your Seat Service is provided using the Civil Aviation Authority guidelines

-In the event we have to change your seat, we'll endeavour to seat you in a suitable alternative
-A refund will only be offered if we can’t seat your group together and in a similar position to your original request
-Available on most Thomson Airways flights


How up to date are your prices?

We update all prices and availability on our database overnight 7 nights a week, and this is what our systems search on to bring back our most up to date search results.


How can I upgrade my hotel room?
