How will I know you have received my booking?

Once you complete the online booking process and confirm your booking, you will receive a confirmation email to the address you entered on the Personal Details screen. This will contain your holiday details, costs and reference number. If you don't receive this confirmation please call the call centre on 0871 231 4691.

Will I have to collect my ticket on departure if I book a late deal?

If you book a holiday within 14 days to departure you will be required to collect your tickets from the airport. This is known as a ticket on departure, or TOD, and carries a charge of £15 per passenger.

If you book a holiday outside 14 days to departure, then tickets are sent to you in the post (until 10 days to depature). At 10-0 days to departure the tickets will be a ticket on departure, or TOD. This covers any amendments to an existing booking within this period. The reason for the 10 day rule is because we cannot guarantee the tickets would be received by you in time for travel. There is no additional charge to these bookings for TOD.

The cost to collect your ticket from the airport - known as a ticket on departure, or TOD - is £15 per person.

What do I do if my travel details are incorrect?

Make sure you check your confirmation email and tickets carefully when you receive them. If you need to contact us to amend any booking details please do so as soon as possible on the appropriate numbers (with your booking reference number to hand), as below:

Please also be aware that cancellations or changes to your booking may incur an administration charge.
