Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.

Vouchers can only be used at Thomson Travel Agents.

Vouchers can be used as full or part payment towards any holiday, flight, accommodation or any other travel service; excluding low cost airline bookings.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, travellers cheques or foreign currency.

If the value of your booking is less than the total value of your vouchers we will give you the change in vouchers.

Any refund associated with your booking will be in vouchers, to the extent that the vouchers were used to pay. Where payment was made in cash and vouchers, and the refund is less than original payment, the cash portion of the payment will be retained before any part of the vouchers.

Vouchers are transferable and are valid without time limit, unless an expiry is printed on the front of the voucher.

This voucher is not valid if it has been defaced with a stamp from any of the above travel agents.

In the case of telephone bookings, for payment of deposits, or bookings where payment is due in full, payment must be made in the first instance by credit/debit card until the vouchers have been received by us. Your card will then be credited with the value of the vouchers received. We cannot accept responsibility for vouchers posted to us and advise the use of special delivery.
