I expected more for my money, I had a suite, with a bunk bed. when both tv's are one, we have a hard time, if there was a door by the bunk bed area it would have been perfect. The internet connection was terrible.More
Just returned from this hotel staying for 2 weeks, firstly I will start with the negatives Please be aware that if you do not book a package holiday here they charge you $40 around £33 per night extra for what the manager called incidentals (no idea what that entails)and they take it off your debit/credit card immediately, I booked with Virgin holidays so I was covered but it did not stop the hotel trying to claim the $40 daily,(while I am on the subject of Virgin holidays we never seen the rep once)back to the hotel. This hotel is a conference hotel and at weekends it gets pretty busy so it is very hard to get a parking space we had to park quite a distance away but we observed people using the hotel facilities and parking who were not staying there not very well policed. On arrival in our room my wife had to disinfect the adjoining room doors and also the balcony which had not been cleaned for quite some time, the maid never left cups every day and never hardly dusted, air con in the room was abysmal either very hot or very cold, thermostat was unpredictable and out side on the balcony the vent for the air con was very rusty (see pics). At the 2 pools which are freezing there are plenty of sun beds and also a Jacuzzi, the grounds of the hotel are well maintained with bridges to cross and wildlife (ducks and squirrels)to feed. All in all we would not stay here again as we class hygiene as most important in the rooms and this hotel let us down very badly, well better places to stay on your well deserved holiday.More

Excellent stay, very friendly staff
This was my second stay at this hotel. As I'm going to Orlando quite often on business trips, I've stayed in various hotels on I Drive until I've found Wyndham. Wyndham looks more like a resort that a hotel, with all the pools, gym, restaurant and bars. Room has always been clean and cozy, and the housekeeping people very nice and accommodating. Being on a business trip I have spent many nights working on my computer at either the hotel bar or the Gatorville bar, and I have to point out how wonderful the people working there are. Many, many thanks to Ivelisse, Alex, Nicky, Andrew, Brendan and Felipe. Yup, I know them all by name. That's how friendly they are. Thank you, guys for making my stay amazing! Will definitely return to Wyndham next time I'm in Orlando.More

Nice Property, Terrible Experience!
The only reason we gave this 2 stars is that the grounds really were very nice. However, the room we stayed in was terrible! First off we arrived for check-in at 6pm well after the noted 4pm start time and our room was still not available yet. Now we had just driven 7hrs with 3 kids. Then the room smelled of sewage on occassion, and you could hear the people upstairs at all hours. On one account we actually called the front desk at 12am because someone was running and jumping. They assured us they would take care of it. Nothing happened...my husband had to go up there and ask them to be quiet. To say the least it was like living in the projects. We are certainly grateful to have been able to take our children to Orlando, but we will NEVER stay here again! The Holiday Inn is a MUCH better experience. One more thing...what hotel doesn't have a microwave??More
