Always Clean and Comfortable
I've stayed at Rosen Inn 6 times since last September. I've always found it to be clean, a safe place for my vehicle and a very professional, friendly staff. The location is great with plenty of nearby restaurants and watering holes.More
Execellent hotel, friendly staff and always kept clean
Stayed here for 2 weeks with my husband and 6yr old. Hotel was fantastic, we were unhappy on the first night with the location of the room, as was right next to I4, however next morning we asked to change room to more quieter building and this was done with no hassle, moved from block F to block C facing international drive. Rooms were always kept clean, large enough for small family without feeling cramped. Breakfast buffet was great, good selection of food. Hotel grounds were always kept clean and felt very secure with the constant presence of security. Three pools to choose from, complimentary towels both in room and at the pool. There have been mixed reviews on this hotel, which made us a bit worried about our choice, but after staying here you would be very hard pushed to find any faults. The location was great, 15/20min drive to Disney and the complimentary bus to universal was great. Would definitely stay again. More
Good base point
This is a really well situate hotel especially if you decide not to drive like us as you cam catch the I trolley or buses to lots of place easily, There are also a range of restaurants, bars and shops etc to cater for all tastes. We have been here several times and would always recommend it for the location, comfort, and value for money.More
Last stay in Rosen
So as per my other reviews it has a great location, and as for this trip thats where the good points end. For the second time out of three stays we had ants in our room, and this time they where all over the night stands and bed, when i went down to the main desk to talk to a manager i was told they would have to ring one and would i like to speak to them over the phone, which i said no i want to speak face to face, but somehow even though the girl at the main desk told the manager i did not wish to speak on the phone i ended up on the phone to the manager which again i told her i don't want to speak over the phone, so after a few minutes she turned up i explained the situation and she wanted to see them, and told me on the walk to the room its Orlando we get bugs, i told her its not something i would expect in my hotel room. when in the room she was like i don't see any so i lifted the lamp and there you go ants, we also caught 9 of them that morning in a cup. They moved us to a different room which we had to waste our morning by packing and moving all our stuff. they also gave up tokens to wash our clothes. But the change didn't help we had ants back and silver looking bugs much larger than silverfish things. I was creeped out by this and i would say that was my last time in Rosen inn which is a shame as the location is perfect.More
We booked this for its location near the Pointe. The rooms are smallish for the US but are very clean and functional. The pool s are well kept as are all the grounds and public places. The bar is depressing and not worth a visit. This hotel is good for those on a budget.More
