The Highlands Reserve might be Scottish in name, but first impressions are all-American. The villas come with big garages, palm-lined gardens and even a mailbox at the end of the drive.
Inside you’ll find open-plan living areas with comfy sofas and dining tables that’ll fit all the family. The kitchens are kitted out with a microwave, a washing machine and a dishwasher, so you’re all set for self-catering, too.
But the real draw for this place is the 18-hole championship golf course on its doorstep. The clubhouse is only a couple of minutes’ walk from most of the villas, and the complex has a play area for little ones if you fancy a few rounds. Read more ››

332 Higher Combe Drive
Our second trip to Highland Reserve ideal location if you are willing to drive to parks, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby for all your needs. House was clean and well kept with a welcome pack for our first breakfast only downside was no safe and additional charges for WiFi. Also an extra charge if you wanted to heat the pool which weren't advised of.More

The first villa we were allocated was appalling, ill fitting doors that locked on there own, no air con, blocked off, huge sharp holes in the basins, my daughter nearly cut herself on the sink, see photo,Very basic TV, no Disney channels etc, TV remote didn't work Virgin liaise with Contempo who manage the villas, very disappointing at basic maintenance levels,More
Book it! You wont be dissapointed
Stayed here with my family for 2 weeks on a Holiday to Disney! We stayed in 454 Gleneagles Drive and were very pleasantly surprised. The resort is very well maintained and looked impeccable all of the time, it is very quiet and the people are very friendly. The Disney Parks are around 20-25 minutes away and are very well signposted. There is a publix literally across the road as well as a Chinese, pizza place, drug store, nail spa, IHOP, Applebees, Drive through bank and more! Literally the perfect place to stay if visiting Disney. Will be returning for sure!More
Quiet, peaceful, but easily accessible resort
Villas are varied and well set with plenty of space between each one, well designed with beautiful pools and all you need to self cater. 30 mins drive to the Disney parks and 40 / 50 mins drive to the top of international drive, easily navigable. Plenty of local eating areas and supermarkets, bars, and shops. Great chill after long hot days at the theme parks. Great local taxi service and take away delivery if you don't feel like driving, great walk from the villas to local shops and bars seek it out on google maps, as we found it on day 6. Recommend it, but you do need a car.More
Villa a bit sad and dated (Thomsons)
Friends staying on same street (both Thomsons Villas) so comments based on what we saw. Had a few concerns reading some negative comments prior to our holiday, but as only a small percentage hoped it would not be a problem when we arrived. Have to agree with previous posts that some villas are a bit tired and badly need an overhaul / redecoration. Overall clean and all facilities working. badly stained carpets and general wear and tear made them both a bit dingy. Still had a great holiday and the location is good, Head North as you join the I27 and a couple of miles up the road take a right to Disney (well signposted) this avoids the very busy I4 roadworks and slow traffic. Appreciate that several villa rental companies rent out properties on this estate, so my comments are only on the Thomson villas. Some great reviews on Tripadvisor, so the standards must not be constant and a samll number slip through the net, Something I thought the company would normally be taking up with the villa ownerMore
