Everything you Expect it to be.
The staff was always professional and helpful. Our room was spacious had a small kitchenette and a comfortable area to relax and read or watch television. When we return to Las Vegas next year we will be sure to book a room at this hotel again.More
Daughter's 21st Celebration!!!
One of my favorite hotels in Vegas, off strip but close walking distance. Free shuttle available to several casinos. Rooms are luxurious and comfortable with full kitchen amenities --convenient for longer stays or preparing a quick meal. Pool & spa staff friendly, pool beds are heavenly, perfect for relaxing all day. Chandler is running a great hat special, be sure to ask for him poolside!More
It's the little things that count and that is where Trump hotel failed
Arrived to a front entrance jammed full of cars and people -- where to go? Finally managed to maneuver to one of the valet staff who warmly greeted us and took the car. No one at check-in, approached the friendly staff. Advised I would like a "non pool/rail track" view; "please check I am on the strip side" I repeat again. "Yes, of course". Arrive at the room to the BLARING horn of the train passing -- look outside and yes, our room is on the pool/rail side of the hotel. FAIL Room was well appointed with full kitchen, dining table, 4 chairs, flat screen TV, small bathroom with sink and toilet; saggy, beat up L-shaped brown couch (fail). Bedroom well appointed, loads of storage space and another flat screen TV. The dance-hall bathroom with double sinks, shower for two, jacuzzi for 2 (or 3), toilet. Biggest FAIL was the "sleeper couch"; how about BED OF NAILS. No physical way to sleep on that. After a couple of days, thought for the price paid, should raise this issue. Spoke to the manager of duty, suggested he go have a nap on that sleeper couch or switch our room. Came back after several hours and alas, our room was re-assigned, exactly the same spot, 6 floors higher. Housekeeping had pulled out the bed, added some paddings, etc....seemed OK. PASS Contacted housekeeping for some kitchen towels, as none were provided. See photo of what arrived??? FAIL. Mentioned to staff who rectified and had no explanation on how such towels could be provided to guests. ??? Rest of stay, staff was cordial. Not sure what the "pool" staff do, as the time I spent at the pool never saw them do anything. I struggled to put up an umbrella, no help. Mostly standing around talking to each other, great job if you can get it, I suppose. The pool wait staff were excellent. Overall, enjoyed our stay, would consider again next time with the little things and that train whistle going all day and night -- I know that is not hotel's fault, but you better bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Non smoking and no casino the biggest plus for me. Would consider again.More

A New Favorite In Las Vegas: Trump International
If you want a luxurious stay and easy access to the high end of The Strip without being suffocated 24/7 by all its gaudy excesses, then Trump International Las Vegas is your best bet. And you can stay there at a very competitive price. Went for March Madness weekend, and despite Trump International's non-gaming status, it was no problem to lay down some action across the street, and then enjoy the games back in the classy surroundings of Trump International. All the over-the-top excellent service and amenities you can expect from Trump properties are there. Stunning views from all rooms, including my City View room on the 59th Floor, which exceeded expectations. And the pool is definitely a star at this property, with a visual skyline that can't be beat. Good walking options are available considering you can stay outside on the sidewalks to get to LV Blvd, or cross over through the Fashion Show Mall for some air-conditioning when the temps soar in the summer. It didn't take me long to realize I wasn't in a property "off The Strip". I was simply accessing The Strip from a different direction that was about the same walking distance as if I had stayed at one of the megaresorts that runs parallel to The Strip. If I had to be critical of anything, I'd say the adjacent lots are a bit vacant and might be better served by some greenery, but it's really not noticeable at ground level, and was the least of my worries considering you can see the entire Las Vegas Valley from the upper floor rooms (and it's not all perfect out there). Overall an excellent stay that exceeded expectations, and a new favorite that I plan to stay at again before too long.More
