MGM Grand ticks every box – its top-rated Hakkasan nightclub, Wet Republic pool parties, and 15 restaurants are only the tip of the iceberg.
It’s all going on at MGM Grand, which holds the title for being the biggest hotel on the strip. Legendary pool parties hosted by world-famous DJs, a choice of 15 different restaurants and a swish spa are counted among its long list of highlights.
Although there’s not much reason to leave the hotel, when it comes to exploring further afield, you won’t have far to go. The hotel is centrally-located on the strip and is one of the stops on the monorail, too.

Ka by Cirque du Soleil
Las Vegas is known as much for its immense shows and concerts as it is for its casinos. MGM Grand offers you one of the biggest shows going. Be thrilled by stunning visuals and breathtaking acrobatics at Ka by Cirque du Soleil in the purpose-built Ka Theatre.
Emeril's New Orleans Fish House
Enjoy the best of Creole cuisine down at Emeril's. As the name suggest fresh fish and shellfish dishes are the order of the day, but true to Creole style the menu also packs in steak and chicken dishes.
The pool area here really lives up to the Grand name. 6.5 acres is made up of four pools, a trio of whirlpools, waterfall cascades and even a lazy river.

Our Favorite Place in Vegas
The rooms are nice and clean, ask for a high floor if you can. We had a great view of New York New York and enjoyed watching the sunset. A big property with lots of walking to anywhere in this resort. Front staff is always friendly and we often get upgraded . 17-19 floor king bed - and corner suites. great place !More
Parking pass not working
We drove to Las Vegas and stayed on this hotel. The parking pass given to us was not working so we had to go again to the front desk and ask for another one. The line up was very long! Other than that the service was okay.More
Wow! That's what I have to say about our stay at the MGM Grand! My wife and I went for a quick three-day getaway, and decided to try the MGM for the first time. We have been going to Vegas for the last 30 years, but never stayed at the MGM. We booked a simple West Wing room, but upon check-in was offered a discount on an upgraded strip-view room...we took it! The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly, and the upgraded room was way better than we expected! The lobby area was extremely crowded, but what do you expect from a hotel that has 5000+ rooms! In my opinion, the MGM has the best pool complex of all the hotels. (Even better than a certain pool complex with a wave pool and lazy river.) There's no wave pool, but the lazy river is probably twice the length of the one at the other hotel. If you have never stayed at the MGM, give it a try. You won't be disappointed! We loved it! More

I don't know if it was because it was too many people, but I expected more.
The first room that was provided to me was someone else's room. The 2nd room smelled like wet dog and mildew. We reported the smell and was told that someone would send an air purifier. 2 hours later, no one showed. We requested to be moved to a 3rd room, which was fine, until the power went out. In the process of moving AGAIN, someone else was coming into our room (they rebooked the room before we can even move out). In the 4th room, it was a smell of cigarette smoke. None of my family smokes and my father has asthma, but by this time it was 2 in the morning and we were tired of moving, so we dealt the 4th hand given. They never had enough wash clothes, and when we requested some, they never came. We had to wash with hand towels that we had to beg the cleaning crew for in the hallway. This was all after the fact that we were to upgrade to the Wellness Rooms (which we ended up getting a refund for and getting a basic cigarette smelling room). After all of that, we did ask for a 1:00 pm check only to be told that it would cost an additional $25. AFTER EVERYTHING!!! They figured since they comped us a food and beverage credit and a downgrade all will be fine. If I must say one thing, the beds were comfortable. As a travel agent, I will not stay at the MGM Grand Las Vegas again. I also can not refer my clients to this hotel until improvements are made to their room booking process.More
Quick get a way!!!!
We were upgraded to a very nice suite on the 8th floor and was very impressed. Attention to detail! The room was nice and cold checking in and was very quiet our entire stay. The pool was great with the lazy river a much to do. The music was all throughout the property and kept the party atmosphere hopping. We loved the ease of using the tram as a way to go further down the strip. We highly recommend the MGM Grand.More
