This huge hotel combines revamped rooms and swish bars with family-friendly touches, like a giant aquarium and lazy river.
Big is the watchword at Mandalay Bay. It lines up an 11-acre pool complex, a 1.6-million-gallon aquarium and a 30,000-square-foot spa. If you ever want to leave, you’re a short tram ride away from the attractions along the strip.
A recent refurb means rooms are modern and chic, with statement walls, flat-screen TVs and cream décor. The spacious bathrooms are another bonus – they come with walk-in marble showers and big tubs.

Great Vegas Trip
I stayed here for a girls trip in November. I chose this hotel because of the price at the time. Value for this hotel was good. I did like this hotel, however next time I visit Vegas I will book a hotel more in the center of the strip as I found this hotel to be quite far from where we wanted to be. The casino was nice and the rooms were gorgeous - however the mini bar snacks had a pretty thick layer of dust on them which was a bit off putting. The walls are a little thin at this hotel as we could clearly hear the room beside us partying - but this was to be expected in Vegas so not a big problem. The rooms are very bright, offer plenty of storage, a safe, an ipod doc for music...basically everything you would ever need. I do think that this is a great hotel, and I do want to visit again when the weather is warm and the pools are full - as it was very cold during my November visit.More

I have stayed at bout 15 different hotels on the strip and Mandalay Bay is one of my favorite hotels. It has a beautiful lobby with very decorative furnishings. The beds are very comfortable. I play blackjack and the $25 two deck games there are player friendly. The Foundation Room at the top of the hotel is a must see as it has probably the best view of the strip anywhere. The only drawback is its location at the very end of the strip. The Michael Jackson show is a great, great show.More
Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino just won me over
We are Vegas travellers about 4 times per year, but this was our first visit to Mandalay Bay. WE LOVED IT. The 2 bedroom panoramic suite was fantastic for our family. It's was awesome inside with great views and walls of windows. The casino was very well ventilated and clean. Great selection of slots and many table game areas. Amelie's at the front desk was great. She helped us with so many things. The pools are awesome, there is so much to do here. We will be staying here from now on. Comps for play were good and our host Julianna was so nice. I can't wait to go backMore
Not the cheapest hotel in Vegas but was recently refurbished when we went. I had a twin room which was really big with 2 king beds, big bathroom with separate large shower and bath, twin sinks and separate loo. Lots of eateries and good connections between the hotels around it.More
