A huge indoor theme park, circus acts and a handful of restaurants – this place is a great family-friendly pick in Vegas.
Built almost 50 years ago, Circus Circus was one of the first hotels in the area. And it’s become something of a Vegas institution. Circus acts, rock climbing and rollercoaster rides are all on the cards.
Families are big fans of this hotel, thanks to the amusement park, live performances and casual restaurants. Plus, it’s at the quieter, northern end of the strip, so you’re a 10-minute cab ride from the very centre of the action.

Great stay in a luxurious city
The hotel is in the midst of Luxurious Hotels, lot of casinos, shopping centers, Circus shows at the ground floor and first floor to enjoy the stay in this hotel. Breakfast at 'BUFFET' is really awesome. Lot of items, if anyone wants to try all the items he must have to stay more than ten days in this hotel. Staff are helpful and humble, rooms are well maintained. We stayed at 20th floor which had a TRUMP hotel ( Gold plated windows are amusing) view. Visited this hotel first week of June, 2017, We enjoyed our stay. Definitely i will visit this hotel again.More
I booked this hotel with my flight agent in the UK. On arrival the hotel is very average and I would best describe it as tired, in need of attention. On check-in I was advised that I had to pay an extra service charge for the 4-nights we stayed there and, with an upgrade on the room, it cost an extra 154$. The upgraded room was an average room you would expect in the UK but it was clean and the beds comfortable. On checking alternative accommodation on a hotel website I found that Circus Circus was available at 26$ per night! I wouldn't go back to Circus Circus again. On the positive side there is a wonderful restaurant across the street - Peppermills - DEF worth a visit.More
Very Good for Families
Just got back from spending 2 night at the Circus Circus. It's one of the Old Ladies of Vegas and it's showing it's age. The room are nice, comfortable and very clean. The beds are nice and the pillows are of nice size and soft. The linens in the bedroom were clean and crisp. The bathroom was very clean and well supplied with toiletries and fresh towels. Now all that being said, the rooms are rather small but for the price it's hard to beat. I cannot recommend the food at the Circus Circus. The Buffet leaves a lot to be desired. For a family visit I can recommend it, great entertainment for the kiddos.More
Classic Las Vegas
This is An older hotel and it shows. The good: it's cheap. The rooms are large, clean and updated. So if a nice room at a low price is important this is a good option. Gaming is a plenty as is the shopping and food options including a McDonalds and Subway in property. The buffet was good at $20. The highlight is the thrill park. It was a day of fun for our 20 year old. The bad: many of the public spaces are dated, worn and smell. It's a bit of a walk to the newer part of the strip. But it's manageable. Staff not all that friendly but we have found that all over LV. Overall it's the motel 6 of Vegas resorts. Cheap and a good option if money is a concern. More
Great stay, super value for money
Location is great, surrounded by many restaurants and on the quieter end of the strip. Staff are very friendly, facilities were decent and the rooms were alright. We were in the outer rooms that are to the side of the hotel. I would recommend staying in the main building if possible, the outer building is dated, not staffed (so you get a lot of rowdiness) and it's a bit of a trek to get to reception. The main building is much more modern. If staying with kids then make sure you book the main building. There's rarely staff in the outer building and the walls are paper thin so when it's noisy it's impossible to sleep. Overall excellent value.More
