It was my family stayed two nights from 13th Sep till 15th Sep. We all had a good time and enjoyed lot.
We stayed at room number 5082 , a direct sea view from 05th floor. Though it was rain when we checked in, we didn't feel it as there were many different entertainments at hotel. At the Reception Mr. Ranjith was so nice to us with always a smily face. Also Mr Chathuranga at sales. All restaurant staff and others were very helpful and always willing to help clients. I recommend the property. Remarks : More lights to be arrange at the lobby area.More

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room boy Nadun had made our extra bed fun for all of us by creating amazing animals out of Towels. Only downside is the hotel and the pools were too crowded to enjoy any private family time.More
It was our office annual trip and we had a good time there. Check-in process was smooth given that we had over 500 hundred people with us, they handled it carefully. But at the beginning sometimes it went out of their hand. For an example in lunch when one of my friends asked for hot water, the waiter said to fetch it by himself. but towards the end of the day they were getting ok with handling that much of people. Buffet was good, It was the biggest I have seen in Sri Lanka. Personally I didn't like the taste of it, but it was ok, there were many varieties to try. Bed and room was great, they were comfortable. Dinner I tried the Asian Restaurant, I think it was better than the main buffet. I have attached a picture of it also. DJ in the club area was also good, had a good time till 1 am in the night. Sauna was also good, not spacious, but it was good. You can go to the beach side also. And the pool was great, they have a pool bar also. Overall experience was good.More
Excellent hotel very friendly,
We spent two weeks in August and had an amazing time. The hotel staff were excellent and the hotel was very clean throughout. Our sea view room was perfect in every respect. We did 3 trips with Thomson which were fantastic. We also had 4 trips with Michael on the beach which were amazing and much cheaper. (be aware that some trips have a very early start but are well worth it). Michael was so friendly and knowledgeable we will definitely use him next time. There are loads of sun beds available at all times during the day so no rushing in the mornings, which I have to say was so relaxing. Sri Lanka is just stunning and the safari trips are well worth it. The entertainers work very hard but it rolls on a 7 day cycle and once is enough. At weekends the hotel is full with people staying for the weekend, they are very friendly and tend to use the pool later in the day but the restaurant is much more crowded. To be honest it didn't bother us at all. The food was terrific with a varied choice and fantastic staff, we enjoyed all our meals. We went as a couple but there were lots of families with kids of various ages and all of them appeared to be having a great time. The weather can be dodgy at this time of the year so bring a rain jacket. Plugs in the hotel fit English appliances so this was an added bonus. The only downside was the wifi, you had to pay to upgrade and could only have two items registered unless you paid to have more registered, surely if you stay for two weeks you should have access to the upgrade? Overall we are already looking to book our next stay here at this hotel.More
