tasty food as well staff are polite!
talking about only experience which I got, to be frank staff are too polite and humbles. they know what customer needs, before calling to them,' they was asked about it. i spent a great time here with lots of untold memory. cant say that I did not get a service.. yes,' I may say the hotel is good with his hospitality only which matter a lot for a new customers. keep maintain the consistency...!More
A gem of a place amongst alot of trees
Overall great staff and great hotel. We upgraded to the club which we found was really cost effective who doesn't love a happy hour, afternoon tea and amazing room. The staff were so friendly and went out their way to help. I would recommend doing a cooking class in the kitchens - it was a great experience and we got to eat it after too. If you want to hire bikes or get a cab I advise taking a ten minute walk away from the hotel as the price is halved and the service is double. We hired a moped from the local garage which was fun too. Thoroughly recommend the hotelMore
Great hotel and staff
We were given an upgrade and some hotel credit. Staff was very helpful. Little pricey hotel but great service. Food is great for vegetarians - lots of dessert options, curries, noodles, drinks, soups. Breakfast is also great.More
We spent 2 weeks here, in January, a lovely setting. Very nice hotel, staff very helpful as well. The infinity pool was glorious, with animals and wildlife drifting through the paddy fields regularly. Breakfast had a vast array of dishes to choose from as well. Recommended, Lovely big open plan rooms, huge bath ! A variety of restaurants and shops nearby, to visit as well.More
