As the name suggests, the resort is fully geared up for providing Ayurveda therapies. For those of you who aren't familiar with the term, Ayurveda's an age-old science that rejuvenates mind, body and soul using natural remedies. But as well as all these sublime Ayurveda treatments, the resort's got all the usual spa therapies you're probably more familiar with, things like whirlpool baths, saunas and steam rooms. There's a full menu of outdoor activities, too. Choose from tennis, basketball, jogging, cycling and fishing. Or perhaps you'd prefer to lounge by the pool and join in the odd yoga class. How you spend your time here is entirely up to you. On the food front, you've got two restaurants to choose from. The indoor one is fully air-conditioned and offers up an impressive range of international flavours as well as specialist Ayurveda food. The outdoor one, meanwhile, serves up tasty Indian delicacies and lip-smacking seafood. As for your accommodation, you'll stay in one of the resort's 60 well-equipped rooms, which you'll find in cottages dotted around the complex. So, fold yourself into the lotus position.
