We were a group of 23 and enjoyed a lot. . Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights on may 2016 . It turned out to be a good deal as we gt it for 1750 per night including Bf. Rooms were big and clean, lobby is big and people at reception are smiling and welcoming. breakfast can be improved, though a lot of variety was available.
cons are negligble ( wifi ) .The staff, and specially Mr Peter all are friendly and helpful. Property is just 2 min walk from Candolim beach. you can see the sea from a cafeteriaMore
Not Great Service.... Think before booking if you have kids
We stayed at this property at Candolim for 5nights in the end of May 2016.
We stayed at their cottage. The aesthetics of the cottage is too good from outside. Inside the cottage, things were not too great. The cleanliness could have been more in terms of the room, bed linen or wardrobes. We found the bedsheet being soiled during check in and a dirty used door mat inside the wardrobe.
They have a small swimming pool which is clean enough. But if the property is full, then it is too tiny to accommodate the guests.
The beach is just 5mins walk from the property which is a plus point.
But I must say we were not too happy with their service. We had two small kids (1 year old) with us and their in-house restaurant (named Chicago) simply refused to prepare anything tailor made for them. I never faced this anywhere earlier. Hence everytime we have to go out to have food only for them. We once ordered the food though, but they took ages to deliver the food at the room and that too on a off-season weekday.
Even they didn't change the linen/towels or provide the soaps on a daily basis until being asked.
We had breakfast in our package. But the breakfast menu remained the same for all the 5days.
As we visited during the end of season, most of the shops around the property were closed. Even the shacks were not open in good numbers. So I feel Baga is a better place to stay if it is not the peak season. More
We were a group of 9 and enjoyed a lot. The staff, and specially Mr Peter all are friendly and helpful, the location of the hotel is just great and the cottages are wonderful. All are value for money .
Overall a great weekend resort More
Great place to stay!
I came here to stay for a period of 2 days and it was one of the best decisions when it comes to stay in Goa near Candolim area. The rooms were large with wooden ceiling and floor and had an attached balcony - best place to relax. One of the highlights was their pool - clean water (perfect chlorine balance) and they also serve refreshments near pool area. The rooms were cleaned every day. The staff and the owner were extremely courteous, smiling and always happy to help. The hotel is located very close to the beach on one side (on candolim beach road) and is very close to restaurants, shopping areas and supermarket (Newtons) on the other.
The prices are cost effective and the stay was definitely much more worth than what I paid for my stay. Much better than staying in overpriced places in Candolim or overpriced/noisy places along Baga and Calangute. Comes highly recommended.More
