Twin room sleeps up to two adults and one child with a double bed or twin beds - the third bed is a rollaway. Rooms have a ceiling fan, bathroom with separate shower and fridge on request. Maid service is daily, with linen changed twice and towels three times a week.

NEVER EVER STAY HERE
We are visiting GOA, forth time in FIVE YEARS. This resort is horrible. No Room Service, No Restaurant Service, Arrogant Staff and even Arrogant Manager, Mr. Peter. They are not even changing Bath soaps/Towel every day. Very very limited staff. 1. No Room service till 11 AM (This is first time we have heard in our life) 2. Lunch/Dinner time, bar is closed (because staff is busy in restaurant) 3. Dirty buffet tables. Insects are moving around. No one care about it even if after complaint filed to Mr Peter. (Manager) 4. Guests requests are ignored and then also Arrogant to argue about the breakfast (see attachment) They already have booking for one group, so limited staffs are occupied there only. Funny thing, Room service starts at 11 AM. Means if you need tea in morning, need to wait till 11 AM. NOT EVEN WATER will be served in room till 11 AM. Moreover, on last day there are not able prepare our breakfast at 9:00 AM. To spread this message to all the travelers, we asked him to have it in written, see attached photo of it. We have booking for 4 rooms and its horrible to prepare our kind of meal. Though we already informed in advance, their Manager, Mr. Peter, arguing with us about that. On breakfast table, lots of insects around TEA Maker. Not being resolved, after filing complaints about it. They really don't care about their guests. We have booked our hotel from Tour Operator, Dazzle Holidays (https://www.facebook.com/dazzleholidays), Mr Jignesh Shah, I strongly recommend you to CUSTOMERS complaint and you should also believe in providing best services to your customers (You should add it to your company policy). Worst experience for your support while we asked for ordinary service. We are not expecting FIVE STAR services, but you should at least listen us. you also got NEGATIVE marks for it No any hospitality service. If you want to enjoy GOA, never ever stay here.More

Average budget hotel
We stayed for 2 days . Rooms are clean and very well . hotel located near candolim beach . Few walking distance and you find beach . hotel staff are very nice and ready to help . they also help us to arrange bike . they offering wifi but only in at receptions. in the room there is no wifi . swiming pool need to maintain . lots of sand in thebottom in the pool . overall we have nice experience. Ideal - Value for money
I have been a regular visitor to Goa and travel on business and leisure. In the past few years We have checked out various Hotels in North Goa and finally settled down for Silver Sands. Ideal location and value for money. The Hotel is a stones throw from the beach and walking distances to the various eateries and night life. The rooms are nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. Arrived after the lengthy flight. Transfer went ok. arrived at hotel only to discover they had no record of us, and no rooms. ended up being taken by one of the boys around the back of the hotel a good walk through litter etc to another hotel called sunshine hotel. we were not one bit happy, as we had booked and paid for a superior room in silver sands. the room was horrid!!. next morning we arrived at reception as asked waited all day, only to be told still no superior room so we were put in a bungalow.stayed here for two nights, then eventually moved to superior room. Hotel Manager was very unhelpful and really just dismissed us. Thomson rep Dom, was also unhelpful, we were offered a refund on three nights of wrong rooms and disruption which amounted to no more than the price of us keeping our room on last day until time to leave hotel for our flight home. This was a 60th birthday present to myself with my best friend, who has been quite a few times before and loves Goa, she felt really sorry she'd persuaded me to go, not her fault. I can only say the saving grace for this hotel was the staff, they were superb!!! Our holiday was in March 2015, I have sat on this for a long while as you can tell, but now I feel I'm suitably calm enough to write this.More
