This hotel gives you a big choice of restaurants and a location right by Candolim’s golden-sand beach.
This hotel’s in a prime spot, just a two-minute walk from Candolim’s golden-sand beach. It’s much the same distance to the bars, restaurants and beach shacks along Beach Road.
There's a good-sized rectangular pool here. Dining’s a big deal here, too, with three restaurants including a great Indian à la carte and a place that serves up dishes from around the world.

Safe and Good Location
Hello, The hotel was average. Food at the restaurant was very good. Pool is small. Room service is good. There is a boy at House keeping called "Elton" very nice, honest, kind and smiley. This hotel is very close to the candolim beach and all great restaurants are walking distance. We had a good experience here. This is the 3rd time we are staying at this hotel with our family. Overall a nice budgeted hotel.More
Average Hotel near to Candolim Beach
Decent Hotel nearby Candolim Beach. Nice rooms good property. The major issue was the Breakfast. First and foremost the breakfast is served in an temperary structure outside hotel premises which is non-ac. The hotel was overbooked and they were not prepared for, when we complained to GM; he was very rude in replying and was unprofessional.More
Perfect place by the beach
The hotel went beyond my expectations and proved to be the perfect place to holiday..clean spacious rooms, bathroom was clean, ac worked perfectly .. courteous and helpful staff.. breakfast was basic with one Indian item that changed every day and omelette and bread with fruit juice and tea being a regular on the menu. The best part was having a clean ,and not-so crowded beach just a 5 minute walk away from the hotel. The lane leading to the hotel houses restaurants and car/bike rentals and the hotel having a big car park just across makes it very convenient to park your vehicle . Overall had a very good experience staying at Silver Sands Holiday Village and would love to come here again. More
This is the worst holiday hotel ive ever stayed in. The hotel is so run down, this hotel depends to much on location and in my opinion isnt worth the short distantace to the beach my advice is find one bit future out we seen some lovely hotel still with walking distance to beach. The whole 2 weeks we were there we didnt have a fridge even tho we asked everyday ( never heard of a hotel room without a fridge and you had to pay for it if you were lucky enough yo get one, but dont count on it if your were in the cottage room) also you had to pay for a safe. We had cold water throughout our stay and thats when the water worked cuts of alot of the time. Also our phone was broken upon arrival. If that wasnt worst enough we had nightmare miserible neighbours who basically told us to stop comming in late, not to have our tv on a certain times or speak because our walls were thin. Needless to say we will not be returning to this hotel were stay in a nicer one down the roadMore
Unprofessional behavior of the front desk staffs and Night Manager
We had a 3 night booking at this hotel from 28th April to 1st May 2017 for the cottage 115 and 116 just adjacent to reception. It's looks very good from outside but the rooms are just ok. First 2 nights were ok as we just slept in the night rest of the time we were out and roaming around Goa. On 3rd night, one of the A/C was not working. Pls not the weather was very hot and humid. Upon approaching the front desk, the night manager arranged a table fan. Well that was an alternative but not the substitute for A/C. When i asked them not to charge A/C room chanrges, he denied and asked me to wait till next morning till 9 am to meet the General Manager. But i supposed to check out at 7 am in the morning. I found the Night manager to be very rude and wrongful attitude. Next day morning before check out i again checked at the front desk but they directly said we can refund any amount due to A/C failure. We had an almost sleepless night so not in a mood to argue. I made the booking through Agoda and the front desk folk said, we can't do anything as you have done the booking through Agoda. Ii suggest to avoid this if you have other options.More
