Relaxing is easy at the De Alturas Resort – this place is half-hidden by greenery, and counts a quiet pool and spa among its highlights.
The De Alturas Resort has bagged a peaceful setting in a palm-cloaked residential area. It’s a 10-minute walk from Candolim Beach and the town centre, and there’s a pool and spa for when you want to stay put.
The hotel is typically Goan – think indoor plants, stone Buddha statues, and soft furnishings in rich, bold colours.

I stayed in this hotel for one night in may. I truly truly loved my experience here. The main asset of the hotel is it's staff. The front desk staff Mr. Kapil, Miss Priyanka, Mr. Seby were very welcoming and hospitable. The housekeeping staff was very prompt in serving to our needs. The breakfast had a wide spread including Indian and continental. The breakfast was well prepared and quite tasty. The room we stayed in was well maintained and very clean. It had an LED TV many channels. Tea/coffee maker was provided complimentary. The AC cooking was good. The bathroom was very clean. You are provided with complimentary soaps, shampoo, moisturiser and a dental kit. There was a nice sit out area for every room. The hotel also has a swimming pool which was again well maintained with sun beds around. They also provide you with towels after your swim. There are lots of eateries around the hotel. There is a chemist around. You can rent a taxi or bike just at the gate of the hotel. Renting a bike for a day would cost around Rs. 300 and renting an AC car for a day for sightseeing would cost somewhere between 2000-2500. Renting a bike is quite economical. Baga beach is 25 mins drive here. Candolim Beach is at a walkable distance. It'll hardly take you mins reach there. Candolim church is 20 mins walk from here. Overall the vibe and feel you get from this hotel is very positive and vibrant. Would surely stay here again when i visit Goa next.More

One of the worst places I have stayed
So guyz if you are planning to have a fun time and chill in Goa then you are the wrong place . The property is descent in comparison to the prices offered . But the biggest disappointment is the Hotel Policy, so this hotel has a policy that none of your friends can meet you in the room . Its really funny that how can these guys have this kind of policy . If you have to meet ur friends u have to come down to the pool side or the coffeeshop . The front office team is very rude . The air conditioning doesnt work half of the time . No service standards at all . More
