Just footsteps from the beach and within walking distance of Calangute's beach bars and restaurants, the Colonia Santa Maria cottages make for a great holiday base.
The Colonia Santa Maria doles out cottages just a stone’s skim away from Baga Beach and within walking distance of Calangute.
Portuguese-Indian style reigns supreme at the Colonia Santa Marina, so whitewashed walls, terracotta roofs and patterned tiles are teamed with jewel-bright colours.

Another Great Holiday
Stayed at the CSM for three weeks from March 26th until 17th April. This is the eight time we have stayed here and will not be the last (Already booked again for 2018) Hotel was excellent as were the staff (Especially Maria, Ansalem & Vidjay. Weather was absolutely brilliant and spent a lot of time on the beech. The only down side this year was the amount of hassle we seemed to get from the Jewellers trying to sell very expensive jewellry while we were trying to relax. It actually got to the stage at one point when we decided it was better to stay round the hotel pool instead of being hassled on the beach. Again the hotel food was excellent, House keeping cleaned our rooms on a daily basis and the water left in our room every day was a very nice thought. For anyone thinking of going to Goa The CSM is probably one of the best hotels in the area and well worth speding a little extra to stay there. Another great thing about the CSM is that although very close to the beach and the main town of BAGA after 11pm its very quiet.More
