All rooms have 1 king-size or twin beds, centrally controlled air-conditioning, satellite TV, internet access, minibar, hairdryer, tea/coffee facilities, walk-in closet, luxurious amenities, sunken bath with rain shower, bathrobes and a large veranda overlooking the lagoon or the lawns.
Park rooms sleep up to 2 adults and 1 child.

Room Upgrades

We also offer Park deluxe rooms and Sea-view rooms.

Park deluxe rooms are located on the ground floor. All facilities are as above plus either an outdoor rain shower area or a secret garden, and a lagoon or garden view.

Sea-view rooms have the same facilities as Park double rooms, plus views of the Arabian Sea.

Your guide to Arossim Beach, Goa

South Goa is the ideal place if you are looking for a peaceful holiday with a laid-back pace. Some of the finest beaches in the region skirt the coast with attractive Portuguese-style villages scattered through the hillsides. The hotels are dotted along the golden sands, but are more isolated, exuding less of a resort atmosphere with entertainment revolving mainly around the hotels. It is here that you will find some of the best seafood cuisine in Goa and excellent shops and markets of Margao. Colva is the liveliest resort with a good choice of shops, bars and restaurants. It sits in the middle of a 25 kilometre stretch of soft sandy beach, backed by coconut palms.
