The area surrounding Villa Aqua is tranquil and rural and you will enjoy the stunning mountain views from the balcony of the double bedroom.

Villa Aqua is set in the area of Ovacik where there are a few small shops and restaurants on the main road which leads to Hisaronu. Just a 5 minute drive away is the livelier resort of Hisaronu with its many shops, bars and restaurants. It's a great base from which to visit the deserted Greek village of Kayakoy or the stunning blue lagoon at the beach resort of Olu Deniz. The local town of Fethiye is a lovely mix of old and new with its traditional back streets with local bazaars and a lively weekly market. There are also some modern designer shops too and it's lovely to sit on the harbour front watching the local fishermen. History lovers will enjoy exploring the amphitheatre and the ancient Lycian tombs. Sakklikent Gorge is just over an hours drive and is well worth a visit with an opportunity to cool of by wading through the gorge.
