The Liberty Hotels Asena Beach has a location that's worth writing home about. The beach and town centre are a few minutes' walk away, and the Blue Lagoon's in easy reach, too. You've also got an impressive pool scene and a pair of restaurants.
The Asena Beach offers a hat-trick of plus points. Firstly, it’s only a five-minute walk from the main beach and the bars and restaurants in the centre of Olu Deniz. Plus, it’s just a few minutes more to Turkey’s famous Blue Lagoon.
Secondly, the hotel’s swimming scene is top-class. There are two main pools – the first is huge and offers views over Turkey’s mountainside scenery with your swim. The second is an adults-only option that has its own bar, plus there's a special pool for little ones, so you won’t be disturbed when they’re splashing about.
Finally, in the evenings, you can take your pick from the Garden Restaurant, where you can eat in the open-air, or Captain Hook’s à la carte, which specialises in locally-caught seafood. The hotel puts on regular entertainment, too, with belly dancers, snake charmers and fire-eaters appearing on the line-up.

We visited Lou deniz, last June 2014, and we are returning in June 2015 this time in a superior room, this hotel was absolutely fantastic , the food was great with loads of choice, and always plenty of staff on hand to help , the salads were fantastic! The waiters were all good lads with sonor, the main man for us, the room we had was a standard but was fine and very clean, fresh towels , daily and beds changed every other.the pool area is beautiful and very clean with plenty of sun beds as long as you don't expect one after 10am , we would recommend this hotel to anyone it is 5 minutes walk from the beach , and 50 yards from the main strip loads of fab bars and restaurants , check out help bar, looking forward to being back at liberty in JuneMore

I really don't know where to start with this review!! There are so many amazing things I can say about this hotel so prepare for an essay! I was so skeptical about going on holiday to Turkey but it was for my cousins wedding and in the end there was about 30 of us! We had a bit of a rocky start when we got to the hotel, we arrived at about 22:00 after a very long draining journey a few of our party had already been there a week and they greeted the 15 of us. When we got to reception the staff were very confused and didn't have rooms for some of us! - My cousin - The bride to be also had the same problem a week earlier! It was frustrating as this holiday was booked a year in advance how could they miss such a large party?! however this was sorted very quickly and we were put in temporary rooms for the night which wasn't a problem. We had arrived too late for dinner so my friend and I went across the road for a pizza. Our new rooms was sorted by lunch time the next day and it was perfect, right next to the pool with a great view! They are quite small rooms but perfect for what you need them for! Yes, this hotel is literally in the middle of all the madness but I think some of these reviews are an over reaction as our room was right next to the strip and we still got a great nights sleep! one member of our party asked to move and this wasn't a problem! The pool area is absolutely amazing and could quite happily sit there all day everyday, there was a small baby pool and 2 large pools - one being a silent pool for adults only which we didn't use and we never had a problem getting loungers which was great as we were usually sitting in a group of about 10 people! By the main pool there is a bar where you can order food and drinks - fantastic cocktails! We stayed half board so we had a room card to add things on to TIP: pay this off daily at reception to avoid any extra charges for things you haven't had and try to avoid using your room mini fridge as items are added to your bill! The restaurant is lovely at breakfast there is a wide range of food from a fry up to fruit and pancakes which are made in front of you! We only went out to eat 2 nights of the 7 as the dinners were so varied and there was something for everyone, you can either choose from the buffet inside or have something made outside at the grill such as a stir fry and you can choose what to put in it - truly lovely food and great entertainment after eating - Turkish night was so fun. As for location you cant get any better in my opinion! you come out of the hotel to the main strip with lovely gift shops, restaurants and bars - We went to N-joy most nights which is directly opposite! The barmen are great and we were entertained every single night! The beach is a 5 minute walk and it is huge!!! We chose to go to the Blue Lagoon most days which was a 20 minute walk and it is spectacular! Its 2tl to get in and then 22tl for 2 sunbeds and an umbrella for the day. There are showers and toilets and a few nice places to eat but mind the wasps! be sure to rent a peddle boat and go out onto the lagoon we had the beautiful surprise of a massive turtle which we managed to follow for about 10 minutes but I think we were lucky as no one else in our group managed to see it and tried a few times! Don't pay for the banana boat it's a waste of money! Be sure to go on a boat trip but book it on the beach its much cheaper than the shops! we went on the 6 island one and it was such a fun day!! however not suitable for children! TIP: Be sure to take a snorkel! The staff at the hotel are so lovely and amazing with kids!! Woo Woo the waiter is hilarious and always happy to help! Reception aren't the best at understanding English but do their best to help! The barmen at the pool are great fun and got all the men in the pool for a very intense game of polo which was great to watch! Now for the wedding day!! We were all ready at about 5pm where we sat in the bar for cocktails and the hotel photographer got us all to have photos which you could buy the next day. Transfers picked us all up and we taken to a secluded spot on the blue lagoon, it was the most beautiful wedding ever with a gorgeous backdrop! When we got back to hotel for the reception they set up a red carpet with roman candles for when the newly weds arrived! Tables were set up by the pool and they looked so pretty and we then had a buffet which was so yummy! And the staff let us have the pool open at midnight for a game of drunken wedding polo which really topped of the day!! We were all so sad to leave and would return in a heart beat! Safe to say I was proven VERY wrong and it has really bought all the family closer together- Olu Deniz is by far my favourite place! And the weather was sun sun sun all week long! TIP: On the money side of things it's hard to get used to the difference between £ and TL and everything seems expensive but it's not for example a cocktail at the pool bar is around12-15TL which is literally £3 it's nothing! However I now wish I had taken English money as they prefer to take it EVERYWHERE and it works out cheaper! I'm not sure if they take it in the hotel or at the lagoon though! I really could ramble on all day but i'll stop now! thank you to all the staff at the Liberty hotel for an unforgettable week with all my family we had the best time!More

Very late review, but have just booked to go again and realised we have not left a review for last year! Fantastic hotel in a great location! I have never returned to a hotel before but we had such a great time we wanted to go again! Only slight criticism is the card system for ordering food and drinks. Didn't really feel trusting of it, however had no problems and would not put us off going again! More
We went for the second time for our honeymoon because we loved it the first time. The first visit we had a beautiful superior room overlooking the restaurant and requested another one for our second visit. Unfortunately when we arrived we were given a room overlooking the parking area at the front of the hotel but we were moved the following morning to another wonderful room over the restaurant. We love these rooms as we like watching preparations for the evening meal and like watching the chefs in the outside kitchen. The swimming pool is gorgeous and the pool bar well equipped. We don't go to the silence pool for over 16s as we like the atmosphere round the main pool and my husband takes part in the daily water polo. The entertainment staff are great. The hotel is modern spotlessly clean and the breakfasts are amazing with a great choice. The only slight disappointment was on our first visit everyday our cleaner left the towels folded as an animal or petals etc on the bed which we looked forward to seeing but on our last visit (honeymoon ) nothing !The hotel even though they knew it was our honeymoon didn't even leave a bottle of wine or fruit etc which would have been a lovely gesture. That's only a little thing though and didn't put us off ! We are returning in July and this time taking friends with us and can't wait.we have booked superior rooms and hope we get top floor over the restaurant area again I am going to email to request nearer the time. Roll on 12th July can't wait !!!!!More
