Liberty Hotels Asena Beach Hotel

The Liberty Hotels Asena Beach has a location that's worth writing home about. The beach and town centre are a few minutes' walk away, and the Blue Lagoon's in easy reach, too. You've also got an impressive pool scene and a pair of restaurants.

The Asena Beach offers a hat-trick of plus points. Firstly, it’s only a five-minute walk from the main beach and the bars and restaurants in the centre of Olu Deniz. Plus, it’s just a few minutes more to Turkey’s famous Blue Lagoon.

Secondly, the hotel’s swimming scene is top-class. There are 2 main pools – the first is huge and offers views over Turkey’s mountainside scenery with your swim. The second is an adults-only option that has its own bar, plus there's a special pool for little ones, so you won’t be disturbed when they’re splashing about.

Finally, in the evenings, you can take your pick from the Garden Restaurant, where you can eat in the open-air, or Captain Hook’s à la carte, which specialises in locally-caught seafood. The hotel puts on regular entertainment, too, with belly dancers, snake charmers and fire-eaters appearing on the line-up.

Liberty Osena beach hotel

My family of 5 stayed here in Oct for 2 weeks. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, clean towels every day, maids do FANTASTIC JOB. Noise levels from the main street is very loud, I had to use ear plugs, only after midnight it was a bit quieter. Entertainment in the hotel was okay but i felt it was on really late. Most nights it didnt start till 10.15/10.30pm The food was nice always something even for the fussy eater, hot and fresh food. The dinning area didnt have many tables for bigger families so often our kids had to sit at another table. There was also dancing on some nights whilst having our evening meal, most seemed to enjoy but i found it really loud. The pool area is nice and clean and there was always a sunbed for us and clean pool towels too. There was a sign stating pool games everyday but never seen any going on but the kids had fun regardless. Hotel is in a great location close to the beach, free shuttle buses to the blue lagoon and right next to the bars and shops. Great place if you struggle with walking as many of the other hotels are high on the hillside, I would recommend this hotel for family break. Would stay here again.More

Fantastic stay for such a cheap holiday!

We stayed end of October in half term as 2 couples. Found the hotel rooms for cheap on travel republic £12 a room! and decided to upgrade to deluxe rooms for a little more than a few quid a night. Absolutely worth the upgrade. The hotel is located perfectly slap bang in the middle of Oludeniz so few minutes walk from the beach and seconds away from the strip, full of the usual restaurants & shops. The rooms are great, equip with flat screen TV, comfy bed, AWESOME power shower and nice and clean. Had a tiny issue with the bed duvet, or lack of - they provide a small blanket at which we had to arrange for another to keep us covered up. Our room was very quiet but we were 254, second floor as far away from the strip as you could get. Hotel itself is very well kept, staff are mostly friendly and polite, with good banter if you want it. It puts on decent entertainment at night, not usually a fan of hotel entertainment but was impressed with the Break dancing & acrobatic shows. Pool is clean but absolutely Baltic - but you get used it eventually as you do. Pool bar is on hand to keep you topped up during the day. Never really had an issue with getting beds however we did travel end of season. Our only problems were that at check out where we like others on tripadvisor and others on the same day had problems with the room bill. For the most part, it's the hotels fault - but not personally down to anyone in particular, it's a VERY poor system. During your stay you are given a swipe card to book items to, which is linked to your room. What actually happens is hotel staff just ask you what room number you are and in if you don't fancy paying for that item you can make up any room number you like and let someone else foot the bill. Also the laundry needs renewing, though no doubt clean, some of its marked and stained. Overall generally an excellent all-round stay that certainly impressed all of us with initial doubts on how good it was going to be for the price. I can honestly say I've never had such good value for money & we're all considering repeating the trip next year on cost alone. Off topic additional info: hotel is situated between 1 - 1 1/2 hours away from Dalaman airport. We used seagull transfers who were below par at best; they offer £65 return transfers. They drive like absolute maniacs but get the impression it’s the norm over there and some of their cars are questionable road worthiness after they were 20 minutes late on arrival & the clutch overheated on the van on a hill. They did get us there in one piece - just. Oludeniz doesn't really consist of much more than a large strip & beach front so is quite small but more than adequate for a week away. It offers plenty of things to do, places to eat and opportunities to buy fake stuff & tat. It’s also not too far away from other towns/cities to visit. Whilst we were there we para-glided off the mountain, an absolute must do if you visit! Had a turkish bath, visited the big Tuesday market in Fethiye (shuttle bus for 5lira each - 15 minutes away - loads to do), went on the 6 & 12 island boat trips and 4 of us generally lived like royalty for a week for peanuts. Last thing - make sure you have a steak @ The Flying Dutchman, directly opposite the hotel!More

Just back from yet another brilliant holiday at Liberty can't get enough of this place. Everything thing about this hotel is fantastic from reception staff to the maids but best of all are the bar staff Deniz Gokhan James & all the rest love you all see you again next year.More

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, food good enough, rooms lovely varying sizes - family rooms huge, normal doubles/twins perfectly good size- all have tv with some English speaking channels /USA channels, fridge in room that is stocked daily - really not expensive at all and good for the kids to access drink and snacks. Top Quality at a fantastic Price

Booked a last minute deal with Jet2 Holidays and was bit worried about what we would get as the price was very good. The reviews on Tripadvisor did help a little to settle the nerves but nothing beats finding out for yourself. So pleased we booked this Holiday as from turning up at this hotel to leaving 7 days later everything was perfect. The hotel is very modern and cleanliness is second to none. The staff are all very friendly and always wish you a good day and stop what they are doing to help you... Always a good sign of quality customer service. Our room was a superior room with a balcony and once again everything was faultless. Free air con and WiFi and views of the mountains and the inner courtyard. An excellent power shower and a toilet that took the toilet paper was also welcome...No Toilet paper bin here thankfully! Our room was cleaned daily and fresh towels left. The hotel is located on the strip and is just a 2 minute walk to the local public beach and this was ideal for us. If you want total seclusion then this is not the hotel for you. However, if you want easy access to bars, restaurants, shops and the beach then look no further. We booked B&B so started each morning with the buffet breakfast. This was better than expected once again and included the option to get omelettes, fried eggs and pancakes cooked to order by the breakfast chefs. We also sampled the evening buffet and the À la carte menu on several evenings and once again they were of a very good standard and reasonable priced. However, the beauty of being so close to the strip is that you are close to a lot of high quality restaurants and I would recommend sampling them as well as the hotel offering. The hotel has a bar by the pool and on an evening there is always some sort of entertainment we saw An African dance troupe and Fire show that was very good but did not spend any other evenings at the hotel but the range of entertainment did look good with something for everyone. The pool also looked very clean and well equipped with plenty of sun loungers and seating but we never used the pool. Being so close to the beach and the Blue Lagoon (free transport available from the hotel) was just too inviting for us. I am surprised this is only a 3 star hotel and can only imagine that they are at the very top of that rating. This is a hotel we would definitely recommend to friends and if we return to Oludeniz (highly likely) then I would book the same hotel again. All in all the hotel and staff made our holiday more enjoyable and we could ask for no more than that!More
