The hotel was very clean, food excellent and well situated so it was quiet and if you wanted nightlife it was only a short stroll to the centre. We were in room 4304 and had a lovely sea view from the balcony. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard. The pool area was always being cleaned and plenty of sunbeds. We weren't to put towels on the beds before 9am but most people put them out when they came down for breakfast. The animation team were good and didn't hassle you if you didn't want to get involved in the activities. Jimmy was brilliant and the kids loved him especially in the disco at night. The staff in the dining room were very attentive but there was one who I think was the deputy maitre due would only talk if he felt like it mind the main guy was just as bad. The waiter we got to know Yesen was Chelsea mad and very friendly all the time. There were a few pool boys who you could have a few laughs with. Overall very friendly staff great hotel and we wouldn't hesitate to go back there. Would recommend it to anyone.More

Just got back from a week here! The hotel stands out amongst the rest in oul deniz it's very grande, and immaculate you could eat your food off the floor the staff work very hard round the clock cleaning infact cleanest hotel we've stayed at, the food was lovely always loads of choice and always English options they have early/late breakfast lunch afternoon food and dinner on evening! You would never go hungry huge clean pool and another smaller pool with water slides, the animation team seemed excellent with the children who were there, there was alot of family's there and we went just me and my partner! Could not fault the hotel it's central to everything, had a couple of lovely meals out on the beach jade lounge and the terrace bar you can watch the sunset it was beautiful, beware the shops are more expensive in oul deniz for clothes etc, would deffo vist here again and stay at this hotel, lovely relaxing holiday, the only thing that bothered us was you weren't allowed to put towels on sunbeds before 9am but everyone did and even left them on overnight so found it hard to get a sunbed.More
Crystal Candy M,
first time to turkey
went 1st of may for 12 nights only two people there as it had just opened that weekend first impression was a lovely hotel, very clean and modern food and drink was good but as the week went on more and more people arrived and the kitchen struggled to cope, weird setup with breakfast as you only got fried eggs every other day entertainment very basic and awful on an evening ,met some great friends so was not too much of a problem only a 5 minute walk to the front so lots to do (go down next to infiniti for breakfast) only 15 lira boat trips from the beach are only 40 lira for the day well worth it (get a small boat ) much quieter and personal don't bother with the mud bath as it takes 90 mins on a bus to get there all in all had a great time and will go back for sureMore
We stayed at this hotel 3 years ago and decided to go again because it was a brilliant hotel, so here's our thoughts on our last visit..... Food- The first few days were shocking!! I couldn't believe how the standard had dropped, lack of choice for all meals and really not very good, BUT as the hotel became busier the quality and choice did pick up and is quite good now. There's no real choice for children tho, I struggled with my 2 year old who isn't a fussy eater. The top dining restaurant isn't being used at the moment which really is a shame as it's lovely to sit and eat your evening meal up there overlooking the pool maybe it will open as the hotel gets busier. Rooms- Excellent large size, large bathroom, spotlessly clean, towels changed daily, 2 showers 1 rainfall which is absolutely lovely, and one normal shower. Plenty of storage space for clothes. Staff- Majority of the staff are very helpful and friendly, there are a few that don't speak English mainly the younger ones who look really really young, but they do tend to go get someone who can help you. The reception staff on our arrival was sat behind the desk with a big jacket on covering his uniform, feet up on the desk no name badge on, and really did lack personal hygiene (very strong smell of B.O.) which I didn't think to be very professional, a lot of the restaurant staff also smelt strongly of B.O which really put you off your food. The maids who clean the hotel and rooms work so hard and do a excellent job as the hotel is spotless. Entertainment- The entertainment staff jimmy and fifi are pleasant nice boys, organised darts every morning which was good fun, water polo, pool tournaments etc... the evening entertainment is quite good with kids mini disco 9-9.30pm followed by either belly dancers, fire throwers, karaoke, bingo etc.. all good fun. Pool- 3 pools one with water slides which is at the side of reception, I can't comment on that as we never used it. The other is at the back of the restaurant, a large pool with plenty sun beds to go around, the 3rd is just at the side of the large one and is a kids pool with fountain and small slide going into it. All pools and pool area are kept spotlessly clean. Around the pool are 3 wooden huts with cushions, we were told by one very rude member of staff to get out of them ( the baby was sat in the shade) as they were extra, he never said how much extra tho! We had used them all week with no one saying anything apart from this one abrupt rude man, And it baffles me how they think they can charge someone to sit in the shade? All in all the hotel is good, and getting better everyday there was a few teething problems as it was beginning of season, with a lot of new staff. I would visit this hotel again. More
