Wonderful holiday at Sun City
After a wonderful holiday here last year, my husband and I returned to this hotel at the end of September for 10 days and it was even better! The food selection and quality is first class, the F&B Manager was very visual and the dining operation was very slick. The staff were friendly, particularly Osman, Erzol and Errol - nothing was too much trouble for them and they certainly enhanced our holiday. Our room was great, even though it was not one of the refurbished ones and the housekeeping was of a high standard. The evening entertainment was good, although it finished quite early. We particularly enjoyed the late night guitarist/singer in the poolside bar on Sunday nights and couldn't help but get up an dance. The grounds were extremely well tended. We hope to return next year. The resort is charming and very relaxing. The paragliders are very entertaining and provided much entertainment whilst having a drink in a rooftop bar. All that we wanted from our holiday, thank you! Sue and Paul, Stoke on Trent.More

Great Holiday. Lovely Food, Friendly Staff
We took a 10 day trip to Suncity last week with Thomson and had a brilliant holiday.
We are an early 20's couple and wanted somewhere to relax but also had things close by to do and some form of nightlife. For the price we paid for our stay, the Sun City complex gave us a lovely stay. Sun city is in a great location for both the beach and shopping, within a 2-5 min walk.
The room offered a basic but clean stay (understanding that some refurbishments are planned for the winter which will help improve) nonetheless the room was made every day by a lovely lady and the television offered a wide range of good english speaking channels which is a plus.
The hotel highlight for us was the food which always had a huge wide spread of fresh options, including locally sourced produce. Each night offered a theme i.e Turkish, with freshly cooked hot meats from the grill chef and alternative dishes to choose, where you were never left empty plated. Breakfast was also excellent, in which the young omelette chef must be highly commented please... who never failed to deliver the perfect one every morning.
All inclusive offered a good selection of local spirit and beers for a mid priced stay. We felt as a young couple the cocktail list could be maybe more creative similar to other hotels? other than that the bar staff were always 10/10, quick to serve and friendly, and usually made us want to stay in the hotel instead of going out.
In terms of excursions, no offence to Thomson but we would highly recommend saving yourself a small fortune and booking outside of the hotel. We booked 2 with Thomson, a river trip and a night boat which we found both outside for nearly half the price.
**Paragliding -- We used Gravity, which were very good. A 100% must for the holiday.
Overall, very impressed and would recommend to anyone. For young couples, Olu Deniz has a vibrant scene for bars and restaurants too which are worth a look, we recommend, Buzz bar.More
